Pros: NICE STAFF
Cons: THE BUFFET DINING ROOM REALLY NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. NEVER ENOUGH PLATES, NEVER ANY SPOONS AND THE SAME FOOD DAY AFTER DAUY AFTER DAY
Location: THE LOCATION ON THE BEACH WAS EXCELLENT BUT NOT THE END OF T HE TOWN WE WERE IN
WE HAD A REALLY NICE ROOM UNTIL IT RAINED AND OUR SLIDING GLASS DOORS LEAKED AND OUR ROOM FLOODED 2 TIMES. NEVER ENOUGH TOWELS. AND WAY TOO NOISY!!!!!

Very nice hotel, close to the beach.

Pros: The staff we did interact with were extremely polite.
Cons: Hotel didn't appear to be maintained very well.
Location: Great location, just difficult getting things done.
Several problems with the facilities in the room that were never addressed, even after repeated requests to do so: combination to safe did not work (finally, day before leaving, got a refund); TV remote never did work, and even after 5 requests to repair/replace it, nothing was done; water leaked on clothing in the closet from the air conditioner; telephone in room never did work and was never repaired even after 5 requests to do so. However, after having met with the resident manager to personally advise him of these things, he DID give us 3 free meal tickets, worth $35 each, for a special meal at their specialty restaurant, but even on checking out of the hotel, none of this items had been addressed. So much for the next residents of this room.

The shows and entertainment staff were awesome

The check in process was a mess we changed rooms 3 times due to balcony door not locking properly, air conditioning not functioning and broken furniture pieces. We had vip bracelets which gave you 24 hour room service and top shelf beverages. Others we interacted with were not please with there accomodations. The food was good but if you enjoy being steps from the beach its a great location. The vip massage was awesomeeeeeee!!! The entertainment staff worked there butts off day and night to entertain the guest.. They deserve a 10 for there hard work on the beach and throughout the day till night. The bar staff, waiters and charlene and miguel who worked for expedia were simply amazing. If you want to book any outside activities go thru the reception area.vendors on the beach will con u. If you tip the waiters they will go above and beyond.

Pros: The staff was the great part. I respect their hard work and their honest personalities.
This resort offers so much activities we wish we had a list of all the services and activities offered. The staff on the resort made our trip worthwhile. They treated us like family and were very sincere.

I enjoyed the first time to Punta Cana. It was a good vacation. I enjoyed the excursions.

Nice hotel

I was assigned to the wrong room and had to sleep in double beds for a night. So that was disappointing. The food was a lil underwhelming. However, the food served on the private beach dinner was excellent. I thought the resort looks like the pictures advertised. The staff was really friendly and made the stay enjoyable. The beach was really nice and close to sleeping quarters. Overall it was a good vacation.

Me hospedé en el hotel por un periodo de 6 dias. Muy agradecida con la atencion del personal. Teresa en la creperia excelente, siempre muy amable y dispuesta. Cada persona con la q tuve contacto, se desbordaba en atenciones. Los alrededores los mantienen limpios y en optimas condiciones. El proximo año regreso!

outstanding hotel on all levels!

Pros: food, drinks, beach, pool, the natural scenery, the trees and animals walking around
Cons: beds could be updated
Location: excursions to Saona Island and to the mountains were the best!
the hotel was outstanding in customer service! everyone was so nice and always willing to help and serve. hotel was close to the beach and the bar was always easy to access. my only complaint was that the bed was a little firm and outdated but everything else outweighs this. food was great. it was truly an amazing experience.

Huge resort with a beautiful beach

Pros: The beach is Huge with lots of waves for added fun! Three pools to choose from. Plenty of restraunts to choose from. Also plenty of spots to drink.
Cons: Hotel could use some maintenance.. Showers/toilets ect. Maintenance and housekeepers should knock before entering for our privacy!
Location: Location is close to the airport and plenty of shops and excursions nearby
Trip stay from Sept4th-14th. Wonderful relaxing stay with a co-worker friend of mine. Location of our room was great, directly across from a quiet pool. Rm#1312 family suite. Our main maid was very accommodating and sweet, Jose took care of us for breakfast and lunch, great guy! Our Expedia host Edwardo was fabulous in helping out in anyway possible when we needed something. No complaints here although we are not hard to please. People must keep in mind this is a third world country. Fun/relaxing vacation well needed 😊
