Lobby is too far from the rooms and beach. It was inconvenient catching the tram each time.

This is the Worth hotel that I stayed in my life

That’s the worst hotel that I visit in my entire life the guess manager It’s the worst and nasty person, I’m and all my friend never will come to this hotel!! The food are terrible!! When I’m show up I want to pay extra the ripping me off beacause don’t Include anything! They charged me to be a VIIP and they show me a menu at one item request what is the menu they say that I have to pay extra! This a liar liars liars ! Finally I don’t recommend anybody to come to this hotel!! It’s the WORST HOTEL AT BAVARO & PUNTA CANA!!

One of our favorite places to stay on the Bavaro B

The room was very comfortable at about 68 degrees. The food was as good as always. I love the soups. Of the three pools we like the pool nearest the Tropical Princess best. It was the quietest and had the bar just right there. The beach had a bit more seaweed than usual but they were working hard to clean that up. It must have came in from the Hurricanes that had previously went by. All in all our stay was very comfortable and we will definitely

Wonderful stay in a Tropical Paradise

Pros: Cleanliness, Beach, Staff
Cons: Not bothering people for a free gift.
Location: Hispaniola Adventures, and Dune Buggy tour
We traveled with our son and daughter in law. We were both given a 1st floor facing a walkway and a chain link fence. After a couple hours we went up front and they were so wonderful and gave us 2 keys to check out other rooms. These rooms were 2nd floor overlooking beach and pool. It was a no brainer for only 100$ more for our 5 nights. I wish they would have offered an upgrade during check in, but they were amazing. Beach was loaded with seaweed, I am talking 4feet mounds all they way down.But, they worked nonstop everyday to bag it. We had 1 day of no seaweed, but that is Mother Nature, not the hotel. Food was okay. Resort was so clean, and tropical. Feeding the turtles and all the birds was a fun activity every day. They have a shuttle, but we enjoyed walking. Some of the staff were very pushy about us getting a free gift and we have to sit through something. That went on for 6 days. The vendors on the beach were not pushy at all. We would say no thank you, and they would go on their way. No sea shells and no snorkeling off the beach. We booked Hispanoila adventures for snorkeling and seafood lunch, and did the Dune buggy tour to a cave, Very awesome excursions you must do. Expedia desk was so helpful in our Dune Buggy excursion and our departure of Hotel. All in all it was a wonderful time. You will never go hungry, the 24 bar and snack hut was awesome!

The pool was beautiful. The beach was amazing. The food could have been a lot better

Fantastic location, hotel could be renovated

The hotel is located by a beautiful beach, I had to take like ten steps to be at the beach so very convenient. In general you get that paradisy feel while there. However, the hotel clearly needs renovation. I lived in the cayena house and whenever it rained [which was virtually every day due to October weather] the ceiling in my bathroom leaked. Also, the pillows smelled like mildew... As far as the staff, most of my experience was positive except for the ladies at the guest assistance help desk (next to main front desk); first of all, neither of them could communicate in English; therefore I have put my best effort to talk to them in Spanish but it didn’t seem to me like they cared to help me. Apart from poor communication skills, most of the time they didnt even listened to me as they were focused on talking to each other and gossiping about some other girl that works there (I understand Spanish well enough to be able to tell). I felt completely ignored. All in all I had a good time but at the same time, some areas are far from perfection.

Hotel Stay

First day I was very disappointed with the check in process. Room was not ready at 3pm. Then when I got to room key didn't work. Other than that I can say food was really good. Staff were really nice. Overall the hotel was really nice to spend my week. I would go back.

Best Hotel in Punta Cana

Wow... this place exceded my expectations. The staff is amazing, what a great service, i been to many places and stayed in many hotels in the world but no where like this hotel. Food was amazing, activities were so fun, great customer service. People if you looking to stay somewhere in Punta Cana, stay in Catibe Club Princess!!! Again the staff is the best thing in this hotel besides that the place is beautiful and the beach its right there!!
