Very dirty pool

Never seen it so bad, it seems the pool has not been cleaned in months. The algae is all over the interior of the pool.

Needs a lot of maintenance

This happend on june 25 2015. Staff are really nice but the hotel is terrible. The beach is with alot of grass and dirty. The pool floor is not comfortable and broken.

Nice staff, great pool , good drinks . Very pretty hotel grounds . Keep kids had a great time. Cons were- Wi-fi very choppy. And cable was off and on . construction hours should have been limited to 9-4 very loud where my room was located.

El hotel muy bonito, amplio, limpio pero lo único que hay que comentar es que hay que levantarse muy temprano para apartar camastros por que se terminan, los alimentos son muy buenos pero hay que poner mas variedad en el bufete. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien y su personal excelente

the servise was terrible,the food same everyday ,the pool very very dirty .My 3 time and last one ....no welcome back banner like i see in the other rooms, very disappoint i don't recommend this resort .

Pretty Nice All Inclusive Hotel However...

Pros: The house keeping was pretty awesome and our minibar was always stocked. Pool bar was pretty good. Food was also great.
Cons: Te level at which they accost the guests in order to sell things should be reduced.
Location: There were a lot of attractions nearby, however we were more interested in staying within the resort. The archery was fun to do.
Hotel was great however, we had a leaking ceiling because the couple upstairs ran the hot tub. Water was turned off at night for maintenance without informing the guests. Some individuals that worked at the resort (I believe) were constantly trying to sell us things when we just wanted some peace and quiet. Some of the European guests were also smocking by/in the pool with kids around. And our umbrella was stolen while we were getting food at the buffet during a torrential down pour. Other than that it was awesome. The house keeping was pretty awesome and our minibar was always stocked. Pool bar was pretty good.

Nice hotel however horrible staff.

Hotel was very pleasant however the service was horrible, took some time to bring water or napkins or anything you asked for it. It's a big hotel but short in staff. Service staff needs to be nicer and approachable . Food was good.

Good beach trip!

Pros: Room location, giant tub in pool, hammock on the balcony, pool bar, beach with lots of seating, food options, lots of fruit, a lot of alcohol!
Cons: WIFI was the biggest problem here--lots of problems connecting. Otherwise, pool could be cleaner, water pressure increased in shower
Location: Adventure Boogies ans Marinarium snorkel/party boat trip were amazing!
This hotel was in the middle range of prices available for DR, and we pretty much got what we paid for! That's not a bad thing...it wasn't a crappy hotel, but it also wasn't the nicest resort available. As a fairly laid back traveler, I enjoyed the hotel and everything it had to offer. The beach was beautiful (albeit a lot of seaweed, which isn't the resort's fault), the pool was great, awesome pool bar, lots of alcohol and places to eat with decent food, and the rooms pretty spread out in different buildings which I liked. Also, a HAMMOCK on the balcony!! So cool. If you're on a budget and are a laid back traveler looking for a mid-price-ranged all inclusive resort in DR, and a couple negatives (namely low water pressure in the shower, some dirt in the pool, and some seaweed on the beach) won't bother you as long as the rest of the vacation is great, I would recommend it. If you are a picky or hight maintenance traveler though, there's nothing wrong with that, but this may not be the right hotel for you.
