The grounds were beautiful. The service was amazing. The food and drinks were great. The rooms are very outdated and some of the furniture was filthy. The air conditioning is awful. Wont go under 74 degrees.

I initially booked 1 adult/1 child with trip insurance. M 2nd child decided to come with later on before the free cancelation expired. I wasnt able to add an add'l child to the Expedia booking without canceling it or Id lose the trip insurance. I reached out to the hotel and they confirmed I could add one more for 150. I conformed it would be an add'l total of 150. and they said yes. We arrived and upon check in didn't honor VIP status or upgrades but said not to worry about the 3rd child and keep 2 ppl listed on reservation. 2 days later Oscar Santana, the mgr confronted me and was rude/curt stating there were 2 ppl on the res but we had 3, as if I was trying to scam the resort. He said it would be 900. extra. I said I was told it would be 150. I showed him the email exchange that I was quoted 150. I asked if we could work something out. He refused and said if I did not pay 900. by that night we would be kicked off the property. I am a mom w 2 girls. He was so inappropriate and trying to strong-arm me. I reached out to the resort via email with the existing email chain ad they said its 150.day. They bait and switch. In addition I had to file a dispute w my cc company bc they charged me more than the 900. claiming it was cc transaction fees and they were not. Also got scammed in gift shop charging me more than what was quoted. Food terrible, barely could get a spot at the beach, not relaxing a loud everywhere. If you want a peaceful vacation this isn't it. Never going back

Beautiful, walkable and staffed with amazing people, we had a wonderful time! The rooms are spacious but not super updated, but that was not a deal breaker for us. The whole set-up gels, the food is very good and the place has the most pleasant vibe. Loved it.

Si much wasted potential. The place is gorgeous but so run down. The food is tasty but not a lot of options. The concierge is the worst I have ever experienced. They do not help, and spend their time just looking for girls to hit on and flirt. I requested a softer pillow several times, it never came. I emailed about a celebration they responded and ignored my request. Getting a cup of coffee at the buffet took 4 asks. The entertainment staff is good. But the front desk and concierge are terrible.

Dining options were good. Breakfast/Dinner buffet was very good! Nice coffee shop with sweets. No lines. No reservations needed for the restaurants. Room was good. Beach was great. Pools were nice. Hardly any wait for drinks. Resort is on the smaller side so everything is very convenient with little walking. Nightly entertainment/shows. Pretty much one main bar at night, not a party atmosphere. Great for families. If you need to go get anything you can be back to your room in under 10 minutes vs 30 at big resorts. I would recommend this resort.

Nice stay but not a good travel desk, they have a free taxi but took us to a gift shop which is below standard and costly with commission paid back to hotel. When you bill in the outside gift shop they ask for hotel name not to give you discount but to pay back the hotel.

Once again Jewel Palm Beach didn’t disappoint. It’s my second visit and I absolutely love it here. Staff are so friendly and can’t do enough to help you. They are always so positive and helpful, love the staff and the entire experience.

Bar in every corner, easy access to places, the food, snacks, drinks, and alcohol. The Coral Market was great with assortment of menu, desserts and drinks. Some restaurants like Jade had no AC so it was hot. We were dripping with sweat while eating. The Italian restaurant was a little cooler. But other than that we had a great vacations.
