Broke into our room stole money out of the safe,housekeeping takes anything left out,shuttle didnt come had to take a taxi to airport.will never go back

Beautiful beach and water sports

Buildings are old and need a fresh coat of interior paint everywhere. Lights are falling off walls all over Exteriors everywhere including street lights in hotel. Bridge number one has exposed 110 wire hanging down for a kid to pull. If it goes in water it will be a dangerous situation.Food is just okay. Grounds are beautiful. Our plumbing was lose in shower and had been roughly glued in. Upgrade your room. Exposed electrical wire throughout resort they need a good electrician to fix all of that.

Pushy people

The most aggravating thing about this stay was the people constantly trying to sell you something. We flew in from Chicago, it was an early day and we were exhausted when we arrived and just wanted to go to our room. People were bombarding us trying to schedule us to go see their other hotels and give us spa vouchers. Then they were trying to schedule us for excursions, sell us cigars, and they were even trying to schedule our taxi for when we would leave in a week. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, even though it was well past check in time. When we finally got our room, it was quite a walk, which was ok, but the entire walk to our room we were harassed by locals trying to sell things at their booths. They even went so far to come up to you and straight up put jewelry on you. “One minute! One minute! I show you!” I was extremely frustrated. People even come up to you while you’re trying to relax in the pool. “Oh I heard you wanted to plan an excursion?” Umm no we didn’t. I guess when they plan anything with you, whoever scheduled it, gets “points.” So they are constantly trying to get you to do something or buy something. As far as the hotel, it needs updates and the food was very disappointing, especially the buffet. The restaurants for dinner would open at 6 and sometimes you couldn’t get a table for 2 hours. I will not be going back and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Dreams should be called nightmare at Punta Cana

Let me start by being positive the property is clean and absolutely beautiful right next to the beach which was a little small directly in front of hotel but obviously stretches out for miles and opens up a bit more as you walk the shore line. The rooms are outdated and need to be renovated ASAP, they smell like mold and the bathrooms are so bad we didn't even want to shower in them. The food is horrible you get better Dominican food in NY and the specialty restaurants are a joke the steakhouse was the only decent one but the portions are way too small you'll find yourself eating again at the buffet just so you don't starve. The shows were pretty good but the alcoholic drinks were watered down and terrible, even the orange juice tasted like powdered tang. The staff really tried to please us and Ana, Mercedes and Joel did exceptionally well however you couldn't pay us to stay here again!!!!

Solid 4 star hotel

Pros: Clean, well groomed, animals such as flamingoes, turtles and parrot on the grounds (and not in cages). Food was decent, no towel cards.
Cons: Fill the beer fridge with beer daily.
Location: I think this hotel was a little more out of the way than other Punta Cana hotels but nothing arduous. We absolutely loved the Monkeyland excursion.
Solid four star hotel with friendly staff. Personally, I did not love the layout of the pool and pool area. The seating area was quite narrow and awkward to navigate. Chairs were difficult to come by unless you did what everyone else did and park a couple of towels earlier in the morning. If you did not have them out be 8am, you were out of luck. This is not unique to this hotel and the layout certainly played in that but it was still annoying. All in all, very minor compliants. Oh, you need to go to Monkeyland! Went with the kids and absolutely loved it.

Drink in hand

Easy to get drinks and someone always available to make or bring you drinks. The Entire Dream team did an excellent job doing their absolute best to make us feel welcome.

Beautiful grounds, nice staff, very dated rooms

The landscape and upkeep were very nice. There were fun pool activities for kids and the food was above average for an all inclusive. The rooms were cramped and dated. We had paint peeling off our door, ceiling tiles falling out and poor bathroom design and lighting. Staff was friendly but I the constant hounding for excersions became annoying.
