The villa that we had was perfect. Big quiet with our own pool very relaxing. The beach was gorgeous one of the best in the Caribbean. And the food choices were excellent.

Beach was completely unusable including the restaurant because of the seaweed. They told us it happened the day we arrived and never before but I'm reading that it has been happening a lot there and they don't report or mention it. We had to change rooms three times within 5 days for different deficiencies.

Anniversary Trip
We absolutely loved our stay at Eden Roc Cap Cana. We had a personal butler that was very attentive and provided us with anything we needed. We stayed at a one bedroom pool villa and it was spacious and beautiful. The beach was stunning and clean. The service was top notch. Definitely recommend. The staff at the beach was great. Excellent property, however we would never come back: Had to wait almost 20 minutes to find someone to tell us we were at the wrong lobby. A sign would be very useful. The air conditioning broke down twice. We couldn’t sleep because it was too hot. Even though we called twice no one apologized or offered any compliment.

The staff was warm, welcoming, attentive, courteous and very friendly! Drinks were a bit in the pricey side and unfortunately there is pervasive problem with sea weed... highly recommend to bring your own drinks from duty free from your own country (selection in DR is limited).

Property is very well maintained, pool is starting to peel though. Running around with a golf car to get from one destination to the next is just a bit hard. Welcome was spectacular! Room service & concierge, it took them 30 minutes with no response until I had to go down to the front desk and request what I wanted.
