Staff was horrible. No train was working pool was closed, restaurants was closed.

Pros: The beach
Last Saturday (8/8/15) we checked in . Party of six, 2 rooms with loft. The lobby looks nothing like hotel lobby. They renovate the hotel and it looks like the bid dig in Boston , holes everywhere (a lot of times you can smell sewer), wires hanging. Nobody notify us that the hotel is under renovation. The main pool of the hotel is closed too, behind the lobby. If you check the official site of the hotel , you won't find anything either. The rooms generally are dated ( thats why they renovate). Rooms with loft it seems that are too warm upstairs in the loft, 28 to 29 Celcius ( 82 to 84 ) . I called the reception few times but couldn't fix. They offer other rooms after 2 days but the location of both rooms was perfect very close to the beach. The first day we had supper at the buffet (LAS TORRES, breakfast and supper ), ( EL BOHIO for lunch next to the beach) , food wasn't bad for both places. Typical buffet with great service ( thank you Jose great service all week). The system they have for a la carte restaurants too confusing. I was told, when I checked in , we need to make reservations ( you have to wait in line to make reservations , you can't call like other hotels or go online). So here we are the second day around 4:45 pm outside ( SUMPTUORI & MARE NOSTRUM). They open the doors 5:30 so after 45 munites in line under the sun ( 85' to 90' degrees) I am probably the 12th person in line . When my turn comes I try to make reservations to the Japanese restaurant,

The room was clean, some of the guys that drivers the golf do not stop when you stop them, at the dining halls they take their sweet time to give you knife and fork, beverages.

Pros: The room
Cons: The Buffett staff and Restaurant experience
The resort is not that bad, however, when it comes to dining is a bit horrible. For the restaurants you have to literraly wait in line just to make a reservation and in the Buffets the waiters are prejudice towards the hispanics.

Very good experience. The only thing is make sure your safe in your room work. Because in your paperwork it states that they are not responsible for anything that is not put in the safe of value. And a maintenance man came to my room two times about something that I did not call for that's the only thing I did not like. Lucky I was in the room and close by both times.

Excelente hotel para relaxar. Fomos muito bem tratados e tínhamos pago para ficar no Grand Palladium, mas logo na chegada, ganhamos um upgrade de quarto e ficamos hospedados no The Royal Suites Turquesa (só para adultos).Tratamento VIP, quarto aconchegante, espaçoso, carrinhos de golf para transporte, piscinas privativas, praia incrível e área exclusiva Royal e tratamento especial dos mordomos Leôncio e Abel, os quais estavam sempre prontos a nos ajudar. Gostaria de agradecer a incrível hospedagem e tratamento excepcional que nos foi dado por todo o pessoal do hotel. Recomendadíssimo.
