This is my first review ever of a resort, as I seem compelled to do so. Upon arrival, we were greeted and tagged with a colored wrist band. These bands are used by staff to determine your status within. Not all treated fairly. We were assigned our room, at first glance seemed appropriate, but as the next two days went on, we were surprised to find out that absolutely nothing in the room functioned properly or at all. This included the safe, the hot water, fridge nor air conditiioning primarily..
The bedding sheets had holes, and there was a 1" gap at the bottom of the door that allowed any critters to walk in and enjoy the 85º temperature inside.
Upon repeated requests to have these items fixed, or a room change, our demands were unanswered.
The food at the buffet was not appealing nor was there any flavour, the restaurants were not any better.
We felt constantly harassed by vendors and some staff... after 3 nights there we left for a different resort.... 100% better.
