Great hotel! Its huge.... so don't feel bad if you get lost like i did lol. Staff is excellent, i felt like home. My villa was lovely!!! Definitely recommend it.

Not much vegetarian options in all the buffets and restaurants on the property. Friendly staff. Lots of motivated sales reps that can be annoying, but eventually they leave you alone so you can get to enjoy your vacation.

Amazing Time!

Punta Cana was absolutely beautiful and the Grand Palladium was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn't great was the food, mainly breakfast and lunch. However, you'll get a good meal at most of the places that required a reservation which was usually for dinner service. Other than that I had a great experience and will definitely be returning soon!

Basic infrastructure is good - but the food options are near terrible for a vegetarian - Bamboo and Bhogali in general should never serve food to a live human being again. The Mexican restaurant was decent and the Italian restaurant was relatively the best place. There are touts that constantly want your business for snorkeling/water activities and the booze options are fairly limited. My bigger issue is that no one from Grand Palladium or Expedia contacted us for assisting us with airport <> hotel transfers. We tried contacting the hotel several times to try to upgrade us to a villa since we were a large family and were willing to pay the upgrade fees but that fell on deaf ears. At the end of the day- the Grand Palladium is a factory with tonnes of people/guests and my review won't make a difference even though the hard working staff attempts to make an effort. They should try to upgrade their food/alcohol options which will make this a place that folks like us might 'reconsider' visiting again.

In reference to the restaurants services, I truly regret that our food and beverage’s proposal did not match to your expectations. We respect your point of view and understand because there are several kinds of palates and lifestyles among our visitors and all services are subjected to their opinions. In fact, Boghaliʹs Restaurant is one of the most popular among guests. Transfer service it is provided for your travel agency, in this case Expedia and not for the hotel, even though we are always disposed to offer any help. Itʹs rather surprised us when you said nobody contact you since on May 3rd our Grand Palladium Adjoining Room Director wrote you through Expedia central Partner, putting him at your disposal and offering his email address in case that you want to contact directly the Hotel, but it is pertinent to clarify that room request even paying depends on availability on the arrival day and cannot be guarantee in advance. We reiterate our sincere apologies and would like to have the privilege of having your presence in a future stay so that we can reverse your perception towards us and offer you a true Palladium experience worthy of your person. Real all inclusive Hotel

What we liked most was everything and more was included. Very good experience. We will come back for sure. Food & Spa were also absolutely enjoyed by us. We got a family Room. Everything worked fine, good room service also. Somewhat annoying is the bathroom door cannot be locked to avoid a family member coming in by chance. Rest is 5 stars.
