Don't GO!

Pros: Food
Cons: See abvove!
Location: Negotiate any tour!
Wrong size beds, electrical outlets don't work, A/C not adjustable and rattled, no washcloths, toilet leaked so floor was wet, no TV signal, never fresh towels by pool, could not get into restaurants, poor shuttle service around resort, shows were boring=same dances in different costumes, no information on activities happening on resort or where!!!! Too much to list!

Switch my room

I had to switch my room because air conditioner wasn't working good. So manager was nice enough to switch my room with a better air conditioner.

Skip Leg Day, plenty of walking...

Pros: The beach, food, pool, and the activities.
Cons: More transportation, cold fridge, restaurant wait times, newer rooms, more beach towels, better bartenders, less merchants.
Location: The location is safe as long as you stay inside the resort. If you decide to go outside, be careful for thieves looking to mug tourists.
The transportation is terrible, not nearly enough golf-cart-trains for everyone, you usually have to wait about 20-40 minutes for one. And when you get one, you're basically on top of someone. The room fridge didn't cool any drinks. We told the front desk about it and they said they will send someone to fix it; 2 days later, still no cold fridge. Not enough beach towels, get them early. The wait for the A La Carte restaurants is abysmal, either get there 30min before they open or wait about 45-180min. I was told to come back in 45 min about 3 times, then they closed. The lady felt bad at least and gave me a reservation for the next day. Then I find out they don't even have Churrasco meat! The place was a Brazilian Rodizio for crying out loud! Good thing that the buffet food is amazing! Find a good bartender or your drinks will taste terrible. The beer said it was Presidente but it definitely didn't taste like it. Merchants everywhere trying to sell you stuff. You have to be a jerk sometimes or they won't leave you alone. The beach is magnificent, the pool is nice, lots of activities for the kids, the staff are good to you at the beginning nut if you don't give them tips, they will remember you and not in a good way.

Very large place long wait for rides

Upon arrival was not informed of amenities, activities and things to do. long wait for rides throughout property. Why is the royal suites amenities only available to guest staying there.

I would not recommend to anyone

Staff cannot speak English. No one ever gives right info. Room service took over 2 hours and they weren't even apologetic. Food quality below average

Beautiful hotel but beware of food

All signature restaurants but one (steak) were not very good. My husband & I are still feeling the effects 4 days later

redelijk hotel maar geen 5 sterren het is er te druk en ontbijt gaat om 10 uur dicht ???? bij de balie staat personeel onder druk kan geen lach vanaf,

Grand Palladium Punta Cana

Pros: I loved the grounds. Its very beautiful with lots of flowering trees and grass that is manicured. The pools and beach are awesome.
Cons: the wait staff in the buffets were not very friendly, rarely said good morning or smile. Hard to get coffee and water. they would walk past our table
Location: Walking the beach it looked we had the best beach and resort. I didn't do anything outside the resort on my own. Plenty of excursions are available
Overall it is a very nice resort. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The resort was always kept clean. The room we had was good. It was maybe a little dated but was clean and comfortable. Bathroom had a oval shaped tube that had a hand held shower that made taking showers tricky. The pools were big with plenty of room and had varying depths. The beach had no rocks or seaweed. Plenty of beach chairs and lots of places for shade. Had extended golf carts to transport people around the large grounds to get to restaurants, different lobbies, theaters, rooms.
