The transportation is terrible, not nearly enough golf-cart-trains for everyone, you usually have to wait about 20-40 minutes for one. And when you get one, you're basically on top of someone. The room fridge didn't cool any drinks. We told the front desk about it and they said they will send someone to fix it; 2 days later, still no cold fridge. Not enough beach towels, get them early. The wait for the A La Carte restaurants is abysmal, either get there 30min before they open or wait about 45-180min. I was told to come back in 45 min about 3 times, then they closed. The lady felt bad at least and gave me a reservation for the next day. Then I find out they don't even have Churrasco meat! The place was a Brazilian Rodizio for crying out loud! Good thing that the buffet food is amazing! Find a good bartender or your drinks will taste terrible. The beer said it was Presidente but it definitely didn't taste like it. Merchants everywhere trying to sell you stuff. You have to be a jerk sometimes or they won't leave you alone. The beach is magnificent, the pool is nice, lots of activities for the kids, the staff are good to you at the beginning nut if you don't give them tips, they will remember you and not in a good way.
