Horrible Service (false advertising)

stayed at an Iberostar in Mexico twice before this trip to DR. will not go back to Iberostar again because of this last visit in DR.
-WEBSITE SAYS ROOM SERVICE, BUT THERE IS NO ROOM SERVICE
-huge language barrier, they either don't like it if you don't speak spanish or can't speak english
-took 3 days to get mini fridge fixed and 4 total calls, 2 with guest services
-took 3 calls to get sheets for extra bed
-ocean view room was actually a pool view and could barely see the ocean
-was promised $70 US dollars to compensate for mini fridge not being fixed timely, never received it
-was offered a 10:30 appointment to meet and discuss the loyalty program. 30 mins in we were still waiting in a room while people after us were already served and left, we were then offered to reschedule to later the same day or the next day, just ended up walking out
-when making restaurant reservations, we were offered seafood and international, we were told they were different restaurants but there actually the very same. to make matters worse, they made a reservation at the american place which we never asked for
overall disappointing trip, will not be back to DR or Iberostar due to this trip

You can`t imagine how disappointed we are for not being able to offer you the kind of experience we are accustomed to.
It is a shame that because of the language barrier we could not met all you requests. I can assure you that this is not the type of impression we like to leave to our guests. And we do not have enough words to say sorry.
As this is not the service we aim to offer, you can be sure that we are sharing your review with management and make sure that is given the adequate monitoring so this do not happen again.
Please, give us another try in the future, and let us show you the corrective measures applied.
