Paradise!

Great staff. Great shows most of the time. Good and plenty food. Expedia rep needs more training in selling local tours. Didn't take in the ages of passengers and gave wrong information on top of it.

Staff at buffet very courteous and wonderful service. Beaches were clean. Very well maintained property Need more English speaking front desk staff. Service was very bad at the front desk. Bathrooms needs fix in rooms may be air ventilation Air freshener Would help because it was smelling. We informed front desk but nothing done they just ignored.

Cons: I would suggest that you define or establish areas for smokers and nonsmokers in the pool areas and the beach
Location: Very nice location, near to the Punta Cana airport
The hotel is beautiful, people are very friendly, the name of the beach is Bavaro, that is the best beach of Punta Cana.

Decent resort

This was our second trip to the Dominican. Bavaro beach is amazing and I rec'd it. The staff is great here. Our shower water was cold for 2 days. The food was "ok"- we had a limit of 2 restraunts. Our first resort in the Dominican was top notch and I would spend extra to go back there! Overall- not horrible but not preferred

Entertainment staff!!!!

The staff that was in charge of the entertainment: the night show, during the day games or water aerobics THEY WERE AMAZING!!!!! So much fun, our toddler had the best time!!!! One of the best night shows we ever seen!!!

Expected better food and premium alcohol. Didn't realize iberostar had different tiers. Staff was okay but not overly friendly. Rooms were clean. Would be a great spring break resort.

Hotel right on the beach

Pros: the pools were very nice , food was very good , grounds kept nicely , entertainment through out the day and evening
Cons: Guest Services need to be more cooperative and not once was any of the Restaurants full when they told us that they were and we couldn't get in.
Location: Very close to the beach ,
Nice Resort , only 2 things we did not care for. We had a few issues with The Guest Services people ( they need improvement ) and were not happy that with our 6 night stay at this All Inclusive that we were only allowed 2 nights dinners at the restaurants. Other than that nice place to stay.

A estrutura do hotel realmente impressiona pela sua grandeza. Toda a equipe muito bem preparada e sempre pronta para ajudar e servir. Comida excelente e equipe de recreação nota 10. O quarto precisa de uma repaginada apenas, nada que atrapalhe sua estada porém pode melhorar.

Iberostar disappoints!!!

Pros: The location and beaches are amazing.
Cons: The STAFF.
This is my 2nd time staying at this property. First time was 5 years ago and wonderful. This time was disappointing from the point of check in. The bar staff was so unfriendly and unwilling to really get you a drink. Some of the dining staff was tasked with getting chairs at the table pushed in just properly vs waiting on customers. I brought this to the attention of customer service on Wed at the hotel Laura said she would get with her supervisor. Never heard a word back. I approached another customer service agent Claudia - said she would get a manager. Manage was busy and would call me. Never heard back again. Requested an umbrella one day when it rained. Said they would bring it right over. Waited 3 hours and still no umbrella nor a call back to say delayed. Went to get my transfer back to airport info. Sorry no info come back later today around 3. came back no info. Come back tomorrow. Went on till i was leaving on sat. Got the info at 9am that i was leaving at 1pm. Poor all the way around. DO NOT BOOK this property. They don't care about their guests.
