Room not ready, refrigerator did not work, bathroom drain plugged, flies on buffet food, room not ocean view as advertised, called three times in 2 hours to get towels then had to go find them myself. Grounds were clean and staff was friendly just unresponsive especially the restaurant waiters. Would not recomend
