The stay is well priced, clean and the staff service was good. the major factor that made me stay in this place inspecific is the price, aesthetichs and the fact that pets are allowed.

This is a hotel for the tourist. In the morning staff at the breakfast doesn’t speak English, and she was not nice to me. She wasn’t sympathetic.

The staff made me like the stay my flight was not good we was on a plane for two hours without pilots but the hotel staff made me forget the bad part of my trip and I wish say they was very good people. I’m 61yo Army retired vet

The hotel is really nice with great service. The service from the staff is excellent and it is a nice quiet atmosphere. The food is tasty. The only downside is no elevator.

I liked the balcony and that the property is near the white sand beach in Punta Cana. The only thing that I didn't like of my stay was that the wifi signal didn't reach my room.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The reception area and the pool are really gorgeous, and we spent most of our time there. Unfortunately for us, we stayed on a Monday and the restaurant was closed. There is another restaurant nearby which delivers but it wasn’t very good. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent though, and we also had lunch there on the Tuesday … also good, and very friendly service. The two guys on reception couldn’t have done more for us, thank you. We were slightly disappointed in our room. Because we wanted a twin room, we ended up without a balcony or terrace, and no pool view, so bear that in mind. But we slept very well, and the shower was great. The hotel is within a complex, with a big park area almost opposite. Every hour a free, glorified beach buggy chugs back and forth to the beach, which is truly wonderful. You could have a super cheap Caribbean holiday at the Karibo.

Nice and affordable hotel close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets at Plaza Bavaro. Unfortunately, a little far from the beach.

During the check in, the guy barely said anything to us even though his english seemed to be fine. We got to our room, the internet connection was terrible so we ended up using our mobile data. We were given breakfast vouchers to use next morning- we get to the restaurant for breakfast and told that vouchers are not valid anymore because of some misunderstanding between restaurant and owner of the hotel, so technically breakfast has not been included in the room price for guests for a long time. Nothing has been communicated to us during the check in. Lastly, there’s a window in bathroom though which tenants of upper floors would be able to see everything going on in the bathroom if they wanted.
