WE STAYED HERE FROM DEC 15-20 2015. I READ A LOT OF REVIEWS ABOUT THIS RESORT BEFORE BOOKING MOST OF THE BAD REVIEWS. I CAN TELL YOU THAT 99% OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS WERE EXTREMELY FABRICATED. OUR FAMILY OF 5 HAD A GREAT TIME. THE ROOM WAS AS ADVERTISED. CLEANED AND RESTOCKED EVERY DAY. THANK YOU MAYOLINA!! THE STAFF WAS AWESOME. TREAT THEM AS YOU EXPECT TO BE TREATED AND THEY WILL BEND OVER BACKWARD FOR YOU. TIPPING A BUCK OR TWO HERE AND THERE GOES A LONG WAY. THE FOOD WAS FINE. MORE CHOICES THAN YOU CAN POSSIBLY IMAGINE. LA CARTE DINING WAS VERY GOOD. KOYTO WAS THE BEST. MANY MANY DRINK CHOICES AND THE BEACH WAS SIMPLY AWESOME. A SPECIAL THANKS GOES OUT TO ROSA IN THE PREMIUM CLUB LOUNGE SHE IS THE BEST. JORDY, JIMMY AND ISMAEL THANK YOU FOR MAKING US FEEL WELCOME.
IN CLOSING, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS RESORT TO A FRIEND AND I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN SO PLEASE DONT BE TOO QUICK TO JUDGE AND DECIDE BECAUSE OF THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS.
