Nice, energetic , and entertaining staff. The food at several of the restaurants was suspect. Especially the sides at the steakhouse. Also the constant pressure to sign up for a 4 to 6 hour presentation about timeshares is annoying.

The housekeeper picked up the towels but didn't return them clean, when we called the front desk they did not give us an answer, we had to go to guest service to complain and three hours later they brought the towels to the room. I really don't recommend spend your money, time and vacations in this hotel

Our experience at Ocean Blue & Sand

The hotel and the staff are really nice. The different restaurants give you a new experience every evening and the food at the buffet is good too. BUT there is several problems i wanted to discuss, first, when you arrive with your family, the concierge who is supposed to take care of you, will ask you to be the next morning at a presentation, and you think that it is maybe to explain you all the activities and excursions but not at all. it is for you to meet sales people at H10 premium, one of them will spend the all breakfast asking you questions and then will try to sell you week of vacation for 25 years, bottom line it is timeshare...so it would be nice to inform the people first and to give them a choice..to decide what they want to do. Then the AC is not really cold depending of the room and finally the beach is not so great because of the big concrete/sand they put to protect the shore.....Besides that all was good.

Nice pool

Staff is very rude!!! Pool area is nice... beach is horrible with whale size dirty sand bags located right as you walk up to beach.

Excellent beachfront property

Our first inclusive resort experience,and we were impressed. The property was immaculate, the food abundant and high quality. Only downside, the snorkeling was poor. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Great Staff

Pros: The grounds exterior and the staff was amazing.
Cons: cleanliness of comfort and rooms.
Location: Downtown puna was great
The staff at this hotel was amazing and so was the food. On the other hand room comfort and cleanliness were NOT good. There were rodents in the room and the bed was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.

Nice hotel with food

Internet connection needs to be fixed. Our room was infront of the pool and there was no wifi! We brought our laptop for nothing. Pool bar needs more associates working. Wait is ridiculous. They have associates working for h10 premium whom are constently harrasing you to sign up for a ridiculous vacation timeshare. Aside from the food and cleanliness this place needs better management. Tourist come here to relax not be stressed. And as for the internet it is very important for us professionals that need to stay connected. The beach needs cleaning. There's no dry sand for kids to play. If i could do it again I would not come here. Advise if you already booked it; buy souvenirs outside the hotel by a plaza. So much cheaper!

Pros: The pool area and staff.
Cons: cleanliness of rooms and bed comfort.
Location: Downtown punta cana has clubs restaurants and a bunch of other things
The hotel grounds and staff was AMAZING! but the room cleanliness was disappointing and their was a roach problem in the room. If the room was cleaner and more comfortable I for sure would go back but rodents is a no for me. This doesn't take away from the staff they were very warm and tried their best!
