Worst Vacation Experience

I live in NYC and I visit my country for vacation 2/3 times a year and on these trips alongside with my parents we usually go to Punta Cana to enjoy the sun and water, but in this particular event for my birthday, I was not only disappointed but I was consistently finding myself with a million and one inconveniences. From poor customer service to a lack of attention in details on our trip, to even poor room service. Toilets were leaking on a daily basis and attention to fix it was just NOT met. To get simple accommodations for my parents whom are elder, the simple gesture of bring coffee and tea to the room seem to be a hassle and too much to ask from them. I have worked customer service for 12 years and I know that's not the way you treat your clients. It's a business that if you don't treat your guest the right way they simply won't come back. And that's the case here, it's my first and last time attending this hotel.
