Decent Hoyel

The amenities and area surrounding the hotel were great. Only gripe I have is the bathroom. We stated in the 4000 building (Room 4210) and the shower was constantly flooded after a shower. Spoke to the front desk & was told it was a structural problem & could not be fixed. Other than that, everything was superb. Was definitely stay there again but never in the 4000 building!!!

Close to the beach, wonderful staff

The resort is smaller than expected but quaint. Rooms are very close to both the pool and the beach. Staff are so welcoming and accommodating. Wonderful customer service. Food was average, which we expected from an all-inclusive. Rooms were average but comfortable. Would stay here again for the price.

It was clean nice and great service and workers. I just wish they had liquor in the room and another beer instead of Budweiser

Nice hotel but felt violated

The hotel was beautiful, lots of entertainment, off the beach, great night entertainment, breakfast food was good. I thought I was going to give this hotel 4/5 stars until I came back to a clean room with the safe opened. Someone opened the safe and went through my purse. Thankful that I took all of my cash with me. After this incident it was hard to enjoy the trip because the family & I worried about someone going through our personal items again.

Amazing hotel and very relaxing hotel.!

My experience was wonderful. All the staff was nice and friendly . The suite i stayed in was the honeymoon suite . It’s reallllly really nice even if you’re not on a honeymoon i recommend this room. The food was delicious and it’s this seafooood rice that’s so goood . Try it out.

Needed Rest

Pros: the actual room and view and the beach cabanas were superb
Cons: someone is always trying to sell you something needs to stop
Location: it is the beach....
The hotel was great and room awesome. Problem was some of the staff and the treatment of individuals who do not have fair skin were treated quite differently than others. Check out staff was horrible after complaining about mistreatment. Spent hour talking to everyone up to manager with no resolution.
