Pros: El ambiente y las instalaciones
Cons: Se nota que es un hotel de varios años y muy usado pero está bien mantenido.
Location: Frente al mar .En la playa se pueden contratar aparte diferentes actividades acuáticas
Al ser un hotel para mayores solamente hay un ambiente de diversión acorde a toda gente mayor de 18. La ubicación con respecto al mar es excelente y la pileta tiene todo. Bebida y comida no faltan en ningún momento y el personal es extremadamente amable

Overall nice all inclusive resort

Loved that it's all inclusive! Plenty of food/bars. Right on the beautiful ocean. HATED THE BED! The bed was the most uncomfortable thing ever! There were very noticeable permanent dips where couples normally lay in the beds! the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable as well. Would've also liked to have free wifi in my room. The lobby offers free wifi but it's EXTREMELY SLOW! Our stay would've been much better if we had free wifi in our room and a better bed/pillows.

My Review, My Experience

This was my first all inclusive and I must say that I really enjoyed myself. Pros: Raynaldo at guest services was great without him, there would have been times where I would've been very confused. He was extremely helpful and met all my needs. EDNA from the Tex-Mex restaurant was wonderful! Kenya @ the lobby bar and pool bar made my experience fantastic!!! She made sure the drinks were flowing, energy was good, made sure I laughed, and also made me feel like a celebrity. She was the best worker at this resort!!! Check In- Smooth but did not go into detail about the resort too much but a small paper about the restaurant. The workers were not welcoming and happy but did there job as far as giving me my room key. They could've smiled and I could've used a drink upon arrival. I also was left at the front for about 10min after my key was given to me. He didn't say have a great stay and what to do next so I was confused about what to do next. He pretty much gave me my key and walked away. Check in would get a 6. Room- room was nice, toilet area could use more space, beds need to be upgraded along with iron and phone. Beds were a bit stiff and springy. Overall I would give the room an 8. All inclusive drinks- everything was amazing and drinks were strong. The workers were nice and made sure you didn't feel like you were asking for too much. They were having fun with us. Pool Bar was the BEST! I give it a 10! Restaurants: didn't eat lunch too much due to all the activities

Beach is picture postcard perfect. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food could be better. Nighttime entertainment in the lobby is better than at most resorts.

Cons: Better English-speaking staff would help.
Location: The location was a bit remote with no real town center nearby.
The hotel staff was responsive. The beach was very nice, although sea grass washed up on several days. It wasn't too bad, though.

Cons: Nourriture de qualité cantine sans orignalité et répétitive Pourboires à donner pour être bien servi
L'hôtel a dans ses atouts le fait que la taille du complexe est faible et ne fait pas usine par rapport aux autres resorts alentours. Un des problèmes de l'hôtel est les tips que ce soit pour le personnel de service ou les femmes de chambre. Si vous voulez être bien servi, il faut arroser tout le monde de pourboires. Dans le cas ou vous ne le faites pas le service sera plus long à arriver ou on vous ignorera, pour ce qui est des femmes de chambre, vous pouvez vous attendre à ne pas avoir votre mini bar re remplit, ainsi que des produits de douches remis, si vous ne le laisser pas quelaues dollars lors de son passage... La restauration est à rapprocher d'une cantine. Aucune originalité dans les produits et les présentations, répétitions des mets. Qualité de la nourriture moyenne. En bouche on ne reconnaît pas forcément ce qu'on mange, on a l'impresson que tout a un peu le même goût. Tout cela est calé sur les goûts de la clientèle Nord Américaine, mais ne satisfaira pas les palets Européens. Lors de la soirée marine, retrouver du saumon dans les caraïbes, chercher l'erreur... Les seules autres poissons présents ont été les calamars, les moules... que l'on retrouvent presque quotidiennement les autres jours de la semaine. Wifi en qualité bas débit disponible gratuitement à la réception. Pour du haut-débit il faut sortir votre porte-monnaie avec des forfaits de 1 jours, 3 jours et 7 jours.

Very Disappointed

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything can be improved.
When I came back to the room at 2:30 a.m, there was no power. The shower handle fell on my hand. The safe was not working. All in all, I was very disappointed in this experience and hotel.

Nice "value" hotel

Pros: Staff, grounds and pool, they were all wonderful...and it was cheap
Cons: The food...please!
To be clear, this is for the Punta Cana Princess adults only resort, seems reviews for their whole line of resorts get mixed together... Arrived in mid-July for a Monday-Friday stay, resort looks beautiful and the staff are very nice. The room is clean, bed is not the most comfortable thing in the world but gets the job done. The air in our room was barely adequate, kept it cool but that was about it and it was on the lowest setting when we walked in. The mini-fridge was about the same, drinks were cool but not cold, they did keep it stocked with a couple of sodas, water and a few beers every day. Beach is OK, lots of seaweed and waves but that is the side of the island you are on so is to be expected, they do their best to keep it clean though, the beds are great to relax in. Ate at the fondue restaurant the first night, it was pretty good, that would pretty much be the end of the good food though, all the others were not so good, mostly overcooked food (my med-rare "steak" was well done) that was under seasoned. The buffets didn't have much better offerings, dry burgers and odd tasting hot dogs, the nachos were good even if the chips tasted a little stale, could have used some jalapenos though. Breakfast was slightly better as you could get a freshly made omlette, but for the first time in my life I was disappointed in "bacon", that was NOT bacon, and I'm reasonably sure their "ham" was Spam. Drinks were good, but avoid the tequila, tastes like gasoline.
