The property needs a lot of maintenance.. Internet is not available in the rooms, which is not indicated when you book and is very inconvenient. Even in common areas where internet is available it is very slow. Cleanness is not super good. In general the facility should be much better serviced. At the pool for example there was no one to even help u get an umbrella or take an order from u. On the other hand entertainment at night was quite nice and diverse.

Hotel is nice but the food is gross I was 2 days and both days same food on the buffet adding that food was salty most of stuff spicy adding that Patrick the buffet súper iros was aggressive verbally with me very nasty poor customer service and ethics

The property was terrific, and the ocean was amazing. However, the staff was not very friendly, except for a few of the bartenders. The drinks were awful, and the food was mediocre. There was no opportunity to pay for top-shelf liquor, and what was used, Classical, was terrible. I expected the staff to be friendlier, but they were at times very dismissive and not very helpful. The room and the property were fantastic. Access to the beach was terrific except you have to go down early to secure chairs because of the other people, but the pool was always open if you did not make it to the ocean.

Perfectly quiet and relaxed. Room was nice and clean with a large jacuzzi. Beach is quite clean with private security so no one harassed us. Food in the buffet ranged from ok to excellent. Food in the dine-in restaurants was so-so, but we didn't try everything. Most service people were amazing, some were a little rude but it didn't distract us from having a great time.

Fom beginning to end staff was very helpful and professional😊 Easy check in and check out process, clean room with all necessary amenities, Jacuzzi worked well, hot water ,wifi and AC worked well on building 4. Beach was wonderful and very relaxing 😎 drinks are cheap but we purchased our own bottle at duty free when we arrived. I didn't enjoy a la carte restaurants but the buffet food was always good, especially breakfast 💕 This place is not luxurious but it is a great bang for your buck. Also lots of seniors, very laid back vibe. If you want to party they offer free shuttle to a local club

Most of the staff were lazy, would not help us with linens and would never give us washcloths and very limited shower gels. For an all-inclusive to have room service that was an extra charge, I would not consider all inclusive. Everything was extra charge.

The pool and the beach at this resort was beautiful. The beach does have people trying to sell things so beware of that. The reason I have 3 stars was because the food was not good. Not only the options were limited but the quality of the food was also not good. We even tried the Tex mex restaurant and after two hours we still left hungry. The staff was trying to be helpful however there wasn’t much we could do to repair the bad food situation. Overall would return to Punta Cana.. but we will make sure the food situation at whatever other resort we stay at will be better .

We walked in to housekeeping in the room upon checking. We went to eat to let them finish came back to wet floor in the room leak was coming from AC unit. Picked up the phone to call front desk. Not working. Phone was broken. I had to walk to the lobby to report the problem. Following day came back to the room at 3pm from the pool. Room was never made. We had no clean towels to shower. When I asked my building maintenance manager she rudely asked to go find my floors housekeeper. When I did find her she advised me they didn’t have any clean towels and I had to wait until 5pm. Idk how that’s possible and to finish it all up we were served raw chicken at dinner. I asked to speak with a manager which didn’t happen until 9pm. Horrible don’t wish this on anyone

The weather and location was very nice, but there were far too many vendors on the beach trying to sell excursions, jewelry, and pictures with animals. It was difficult to relax when someone came up to you every 5-10 minutes, and some were very persistent and would not listen when we said we weren’t interested. The food was ok but sometimes was not good. The resort itself was beautiful but some parts of the room were very outdated like the tv, bed, and mini fridge. Some of the lights also did not work in the room.

The pool and the beach were wonderful. Bring your own towels. If you are vegan or vegetarian, you will find lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, but not much for entrees. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay again!

Good was not that great, the rooms could really use an update compared to the sister resort next door. Snack bar was supposed to be 24 hours but it was not. Beach towels were very hard to get, we had to get ours from the sister resort. We had hot water in our building (4) but our friends in the next building (5) didn’t have hardly any all week and were told it would be looked and several times and never was. I would not return to this resort. The only good thing was our housekeeper she was awesome!

The Grounds are beautiful and the bartenders around the pool were awesome not a lot of night life but they did have some activities at night in the lobby ! Our hot water was hit and miss also heard other people say they had the same problem but it is a very nice resort and I would probably go back.

We had a wonderful time. Our room was very clean and house keeping came daily and did turn down service. everyone has their own private balcony to relax. Felix the beachside bartender was amazing his singing and joy made our evening every night. The beach was beautiful and well maintained. There was some solicitation on the beach but no one was intrusive or pushy. The property is small but has everything you need including a duty free store. Next to the property on the beach are 3 small stores owned by locals selling all sorts of gifts and basic needs stuff and the take cards. We enjoyed walking between the resorts via the beach. The food was good we preferred the buffet over the sit downs available, you can make a reservation at one of the other properties but we just winged it most nights. Best food by far is the deserts some of the best I have ever had. Of note this is a very smoking friendly property. No smoking inside of course but everywhere else is free game. Everyone was friendly and happy to be there this was a 10 for us.

Everything was great, though we did have a leak in our room which was over the hot tub and then over the toilet. Wasn’t terrible but we had to use our bath towels on the ground so we wouldn’t slip. Food was great and it was very clean.

We had an amazing stay here!!!! It was great to relax in such a beautiful setting. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were very clean. We loved the activities, especially volleyball, the foam party and karaoke. We will be back, next time we will stay longer!

Food was horrible! Got locked out of my room 4 times- entry key failed! Had to call them to fix the safe in my room 3 times! Seldom had beach towels available! No bathrobe in room! Wifi didn’t work! All of which are mentioned as standard on their site. Best part was the room cleaning staff but all else well below par.

Immaculate conditions and extremely clean. I was continually astounded by how well they kept all the facility clean and sanitary. As in a lot of all inclusive facilities, the buffet food was average at best. And, like many places in the Caribbean, beef dishes were subpar. But, you should come here for the seafood anyway. My biggest disappointment was communication. Not because of the language, but because of the staff's ability to communicate effectively what was available, when is available, and how to navigate the restaurant and other outings. Yes, language is an issue but I couldn't get my point across in Spanish or in English. In my opinion, a place that advertises to the US market should do a better job of having staff on hand who can communicate with English speakers effectively. The beach and the grounds were incredible. And the rooms very comfortable with nice little patios to sit out and enjoy the beautiful weather.

Small resort, very walkable. Pool was great. Beach too, but lots of waves. Shower and toilet in room share a glass panel. Water went into the toilet area. Water also flows under the shower door into the bathroom. Used the bath mat to stop it, but it wasn't replaced. There were no washcloths and only 2 bath towels. Room cleaning was done at random times. No hot water 2 different days. Staff at the bars were great as were the staff in the restaurants. The buffet is open air. All of specialty restaurants are not open every night. Nightly entertainment doesn't start until 9:30 and takes place in the lobby.
