Es un hotel sin grandes lujos pero funcional

Es un hotel sin grandes lujos pero funcional y bonito. En general un buen servicio y amabilidad, exceptuando algunos camareros de los bares. La comida bastante buena. Calidad/precio fantastico

Excellent resort with top quality staff!

We've been to several resorts in D.R. & this is most certainly the best deal that we've come across for the great quality it provides. The beach was absolutely beautiful, the entertainment staff was so outgoing & energetic...the entire hotel staff was courteous & kind. Our standard room had 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms which was awesome! The pools are very spacious, beautiful & all right by the ocean. The resort is big but not immense so it's easy to get around. All of the activities are concentrated in one section so you don't miss out on the fun. The entertainment team allowed my sister & I (Zumba certified instructors) to give a Zumba class to the guests. It was a very exciting experience to be at this resort & we will most certainly be back. My family rated it at the top of their list as well:)

habitacion. actividades

Pros: la atencion de todos los camarerosdel restaurant y el bar excelelente un 100 para todos
Cons: la bebida. y que se paseaban gato x todos los lado del restaurante.
Location: las actividades estuvieron bien que no me gusto.dentros de las actividades presionan muchos para que uno compre.y se supone que tu vas arelajarte.
todos el personal excelente solo que no secque esta pasando que yo compre una superior con cama kind y me dieron una habitacion con cama full me registre con dauris el sabia que no eras esa la que me tocaba y amaneci toda pucada de chincha.luego fui a recepcion y me cabiaron mientras estuve ahy escuche alguien que llego y dijo yo quiero que me den una habitacion buena. me atreveria a decir que algunos no todos los tienen su negocio x debajo de la mesa .luego que ya esta en la habitacion volvi a recpcion me atendio ana excelente y jorje para decirle que no.podias dormir .x los chincha y mandaron a fumigar. luego volvi y me atendio ana que muy amable mando a cambiar todo de nuevo.deberian de fumigar mas a menudo.

Pros: Friendly, accommodating staff, perfect location, beautiful beach1
Cons: More fans are needed in the lobby and main dining room
Location: Take the excursions.....worth every penny. Do not recommend driving yourself.

It was the best birthday weekend OCTOBER 14-17

Pros: I loved that everything was close by! the bar next to the beach was open 24/7 that was the best because the other bar would closed around 11. Areito Disco was OK! Everyone at the hotel were friendly SPECIALLY (ELIAS AT THE FRONT DESK and DANNY that book us with the Boogies ride which was the best experience) Thank YOU DANNY & ELIAS! The guy that does the homelet in the morning I forgot his name but he made the best omelet. BECAUSE OF THIS TRIP I MET THE LOVE OF MY LIFE, WE WERE ALWAYS PLANNING ON SEEING EACH OTHER BUT NEVER HAPPENED TILL OCTOBER 14-OCTOBER17 BEST WEEKEND EVER!
Cons: THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!!!! WE MADE A RESERVATION AT PILON RESTAURANT AND IT DIDNT HAVE NO SEASONING AND THE STAFF FROM PILON WERE RUDE BECAUSE WE WERE 7 MIN LATE THEY WANTED TO KICK US ALL. THE FOOD EVEN GAVE US DIARRHEA. ALTHOUGH THE TRAIN TAKES LONG TO COME IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT.

The room could be better

We dont have the bed that we ask for. We buy a kind size bed y we get to beds thats not ok for the weekend

Friendly resort staff

Pros: Easy and quick walk to the buffet and beach. Shuttle Service throughout the property is very frequent. Checking in and out was also an easy process
Cons: The rooms (bathrooms also) need to be renovated. The safe box in the room didn't work. There were no irons or ironing boards in the rooms either.
Location: The location, being near the beach is great!
The staff on the property were above and beyond friendly and courteous. Once it's renovated, I would recommend it.
