Never a 4 star resort, 3 star at a push!!

Mostly everything about this place is average, Went in the gold club section and all you get extra is sea view, minibar restocked daily, different coloured towel, small section of beach and a small bar with the most unpleasant barmaid I've ever came across. Entertainment is in house. These guys are entertaining your kids during the day then entertaining you at night. I expected more for my money. Buffet is ok, again repetitive. A la carte restaurants are better but received terrible service at the Italian when I asked for an ingredient not to be added to my meal, only to receive it then have the chef pick it off by hand and a waitress return meal to me. This was after waiting 25 minutes and asked 4 times for a drink!! We left in disgust.
Also their is sales reps from the neighbouring hotel aloud on the grounds to confront guests to try and sell them (not time share) holiday club membership, these guys hang around just outside the buffet restaurant and the beach. I speak from experience stay away!!
Oh and don't forget to leave your manners at the airport, It's ok to skip queues, bang into you or cut in front of you at the buffet.
I've given 1* for the view and our gold club room, 1* for location and 1* for the maid service. If I hadn't upgraded this could of been a 2* review.
