Plates were never cleared at the buffet. There was no service at the tables. In 6 days only once were we offered a drink. The room had no soap for the shower, no tissues or lotion. Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak. The view at the beach was wonderful and the beach area was well kept.

Really good, we spend good time in this hotel, service was good, employees were really nice and friendly, different restaurants to choose from (the front desk should explain how a restaurant table reservation works) main buffet was good overall (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Cleaning wise I think they can do better, wasn’t bad I just think can be better

Lo recomiendo ha sido unas de mis mejores vacaciones .El resort tiene actividades todos los dias para que no te aburras si no quieres salir de ahi.Hay variedad de comida eso si controlan la sal pero tu le puedes añadir pq hay sobresitos de sal disponibles la bebida no es como en USA es aguada pero el jugo de limon es rico .La limpieza estuvo Excelente. El personal amable .

Thanks you, Marino De Jesus (reception) did an amazing job, he went extra providing me, a great customer service, and gave the room that was dreaming closed to the beach 6308, I have been on different resorts in Punta Cana, but this is small place with everything you need, clean, room updated, room smelled amaizing, close to the beach and this beach was clean and with a soft wave. The food was selected perfect for me, the food with a good taste and varieties for me. Everybody who assisted me were smiling and provided me a great service everyplace you go, inside the hotel. I come back soon for this same place, without thinking twice! This hotel fulfilled all my expectations.

I only stayed one and a half days here I came to this country and stayed at a different hotel before and and something happened that scared us so we booked our last night here at the vista sol and it was amazing so beautiful very upscale dinner was amazing! And they had a Michael Jackson’s show with drinks it was so good both the show and drinks! The next day we had breakfast and sat on the beach which was beautiful and felt safe I really wish our rn entire stay was here because we had way more fun in one day than we did 3 at The last resort
