Bonnes prestations mais mauvais personnel

Pros: plage, les services, la propreté
Cons: accueil du personnel qui a d'énormes progrès à faire
Location: plages et excursions ( agence "BAYA TOUR" située juste à l'exterieur )
Très bon hotel qui offre d'excellentes prestations : superbe plage, piscine, restauration qualitative... Par contre, le personnel n'est globalement pas digne de ce complexe car parfois très désagréable, incompétent, peu serviable, antipathique...c'est très dommageable pour son image

EXCELLENT COMPROMIS POUR LA REP DOM

Pros: l'hôtel est étendue sur une longe plage et chacun peut y trouver sa place
Cons: le WIFI gratuit au coeur de l'hôtel .... en vous baladant à 2 pas vous la trouverez gratuitement dans les bars et restaurants à l'extérieur
Location: SAONA un incontournable, le cocobongo à faire absolument (spectacle boite incroyable), le restaurant LAS PALMAS sur la plage coté IBEROSTAR
préférer les bungalow cotés ROCA pour leur calme, le viva n'est pas un 5° mais vous ne regretterez rien

Not as nice as it looks and not a good experience!

Pros: View, beach and pool were good
Cons: Customer service, refrigerator in room, beds, cleanliness
Beds not comfortable at all, no refrigerator in room and it's very hard to stay hydrated in hot weather with no place to refrigerate drinks, stall bathroom door FELL off the hinge onto my 88 year old mothers legs/feet - she is all black and blue and swollen! They didn't even offer to comp or discount anything! Found cockroaches in room, bathroom water pressure very low, drainage issues, timeshare people stalk you every day despite repeated 'no, thank you! Not interested!' Replies.

Spesso il personale di pulizia camere dimenticava di fornirci gli asciugamani puliti, abbiamo telefonato in reception e ricevuto gli asciugamani puliti anche dopo 1 ora. Tutto il resto impeccabile.

The ABSOLUTE WORST place I have EVER BEEN!

Cons: Better staff; training on how to work in customer service; better food and variety; better entertainment options; probably should just close
Location: There is nothing to do nearby. The water is beautiful, but that's about it.
We booked our rooms in February. Upon arrival they said overbooked & we had to stay somewhere else. We didn't agree because the wedding was at this resort. Finally said they do have rooms available, but that we would have to pay an EXTRA $1,400 to stay there. The staff was EXTREMELY rude & refused to help with ANYTHING. Our a/c didn't work; they said they would send someone to fix it & didn't or would send someone who said they would be back in 5 minutes only to never return. The food was absolutely ATROCIOUS (and I have lived on MRE's). The buffet was not air conditioned and they did not have fans. We tried to eat at a restaurant & they said No, even though the entire place was EMPTY. The one time we were able to get a reservation, we showed up & they said our party of 12 couldn't sit together because the table only fits 10. We had to show them how to move a table to be able to fit 12. The staff/management/photographers/sellers = Rude, Incompetent, & have no desire to help guests unless they're Europeans. This entire trip was an absolute disaster. Management, before you say that I should have told you while I was there...I did. You know what happened? Nothing. I spoke to front desk, Wyndham Corporate, 5 different Concierges and 3 managers. Every time I was told that they can't help & there's nothing they can do. All pools close at 6pm; no shows/games/etc. were in English. They definitely cater to a certain European clientele.

Great beachfront rooms, no free wifi, no international alcohol unless u are a VIP member. They only cater to Europeans.

I'll NEVER go back here! EVERRRRRR!!!!!!!!

In a nutshell: Service was non-existent (surly attitudes, rude behavior, zero disposal), cleaning lady took our towels the 2nd day and didn't bring them back (even tough they were hanging, not actually in the floor)...seems she wanted a tip or something... hotel wanted to charge us for using the safe when we never used it (cleaning lady must have been looking amongst our things), food was not that good (probably reheated every single day, cuz the menu was the same), wasn't able to enjoy the amenities (everything was "full" or completely "reserved" when in fact the restaurants were always half empty and activities were, at times, not even operational), and to top it off, the last day of our stay we found 3 huge roaches in our bedroom (one of them in our bed).

A Rimini ci sono meno italiani

Il viva è immerso in un meraviglioso giardino.il mare che dire spettacolare. Eravamo al bungalow garden view sulla linea 12 Ed era come avere il mare in camera:Attenzione però potrebbero anche capitarvi bungalow con vista muro o ancora peggio di certo non andate al viva village è lontanissimo da tutti molto all'interno dopo una strada del paese. Il cibo è troppo pasticciato molto vario ma spesso con gusto simile.ottimo il ristorante messicano e bravi gli animatori e i fotografi del viva ma non fatevi fare i video sono di pessima qualità. per noi troppa gente ammassata in spiaggia con relativa corsa al lettino alle 7 di mattina speravamo in meglio.

Cons: La wifi del hotel no funciona apenas. Únicamente hay una zona común donde poder conectarte pero la conexión es prácticamente nula.
Reservamos el hotel con todo incluido y fue un acierto aunque hay que mencionar que la conexión gratuita a internet, aunque también estaba incluida, fue pésima.

Non per persone che amano il caos

Non per persone che amano il caos. La struttura è piena di personale disponibile piacevole varia e con diverse opportunità di divertimento. Ma per chi cerca la tranquillità non è l'ideale. Troppa gente, troppa confusione, troppo rumore fino alle due di notte con la discoteca LOCURA vicina ala camera E chi faceva sentire la musica fino alle due di notte e oltre. Il mangiare è vario e ristoranti sono quasi tutti ottimi. Il problema e la "TERRAZA", una sauna a cielo aperto Dove non c'è neanche un ventilatore perché sono convinti che l'aria naturale la corrente riesca rinfrescare i clienti. Attenzione poi a provare a giocare a beach-volley nel pomeriggio. Verrete osteggiati dal figlio del proprietario Italiano di alcuni negozi Che stabilisce la regola che chi vince rimane sempre in campo prevaricando anche gli animatori. Ottima la dispensa anche con il centro medico anche se con la febbre a 39 ho dovuto andare lì .
