They had our reservation which was made 6 months in advance through Expedia. At check-in the front desk staff took our passports and pointed to a chair and told us to go sit. An hour later we are in a taxi going to some other resort not affiliated with Wyndham. No explanation was given. No apology.
Replacement resort was definitely not how we expected to spend our 8 days.
