I’m really sorry to read that you couldn’t fully enjoy our premises.
Me and my staff are really ashamed for the inconviniences that this unfortunate situations may have caused you. We all do a great effort in order to make our guests’ vacations flawless and pleasant, therefore reading your comments makes us sad, we would love to make your stay memorable and beyond.
We strictly follow our bugs (mosquitoes) prevention program in order to avoid these kind of incidents, despite our environment and our concept which is all natural, we are not having these kind of incidents very often due to our measures. However, as you may understand, being in the Caribbean with this particular weather we might not have total control of these insects.
Again, we do appreciate and value your time and your comments which will undoubtedly just double our efforts to improve in general, especially in this specific area.
