“Kanan (I’ve hopefully have that correct as she deserves recognition) was amazing. we we’re put in a terrible situation with the villa we had booked, in that it was inhabitable, awful. We urgently had to find somewhere quickly as the company were not helping resolve the issue. She was welcoming calm & very kind. Rooms couldn’t have been any cleaner ”

“Beautiful Hotel with lovely staff who went out of their way to help. Nice walk into town although uphill on the way back , taxi only 4 euros anyway. Would definitely stay again . Breakfast was outstanding.”

“The room had a fridge, which I initially thought was a bonus, but it was so noisy that we had to switch it off during the night. The air con was good. There's a communal room with a kettle and microwave. Opposite the hotel, there's a big supermarket and a bus stop. On the seafront, a few metres away, there are plenty of restaurants. ”

“This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. What makes this hotel a gem, though, is the amazing staff. Since it was a new hotel, they had some difficulties……

“Visitied over the 3 kings days. Excellent room, bed comfy. Enjoyed having fridge microwave and facilities to cook/eat comfortablely.. unfortunately we booked this as it said rooms were soundproof. I.e quiet. We understood there would be noise over the festivities but just didn't expect to hear so much of it when away from the main area and with windows/curtains shut. The noise of the hallway also echoes through the room. This is the only thing that let the hotel down. Maybe soundproof means……

“Un petit hotel au calme sur les hauteurs de Guïmar, dans une ancienne ferme. La vue sur l'ocean et l'ile de la Grande Canarie au loin etait juste fantastique. Un seul bemol, les rues sont etroites, il est mieux d'avoir un petit vehicule. Les proprietaires cubains font aussi restaurant. Ils etaient en vacances pendant notre sejour et le restaurant etait fermé mais la carte semblait allechante. Nous avons adoré nos 5 nuits loin de la foule de touristes des grosses stations balneaires. Avec une……

“Nettes Personal, tolle Aussicht, sehr sauber. Frisches Ei und kein TK wäre bein Frühstück besser gewesen aber der Aufwand ist halt größer. Preis/Leistung auf jeden Fall top!!”

“Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable. Les sanitaires partagés sont à l'extérieur du bâtiment principal, sur le côté du jardin, fonctionnels, et le WC est séparé du coin douche. Accueil sympathique et tout le nécessaire pour préparer un repas est à disposition. Quartier calme. Nous n'avons pas regretté notre choix.”
