Very nice place. Clean room in a quiet location with a short, beautiful drive into Durango. Will definitely stay here for future visits while in the area.

Lovely condo style room

Posted Sep 18, 2017
This place is beautiful room in a beautiful setting. The condo style room is tucked into the mountains with beautiful views in every direction. The full kitchen included all the basics for cooking and serving. The 3 beds are all comfortable and spacious. Both bathrooms are lovely and the living/dining area is laid out well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

One or two important things: The hotel is not in Durango. It is 28 miles north of Durango. In fact, the exact address is Silverton. In spite of that inconvenience, the room was well appointed and very comfortable and the small kitchen was handy. Also, the setting in the mountains is beautiful. It should be noted that no food is served at the hotel and staff is only on duty until 6:30 pm.

Avoid at all costs! Don't even consider!!

It was horrible! Dirty, Filthy, disgusting!! It's someone else's broken down, never cleaned get away townhouse being used as a hotel. Not even in the city where its listed. 30 minutes north from Durango city limit signs. Cannot believe this place is even listed on hotels.com yet alone has good reviews. Something is not right. Either they are cheating the system or your system really is broken beyond all repair.

We were a little disappointed with the condition of our condo. The carpets could desperately use a good cleaning. The toaster was broken, there are no oven mitts, and 3 of the 5 light bulbs were out in the upstairs bathroom. The toilet seat downstairs needs to be replaced as well. These are all inexpensive fixes that could make the condo seem so much nicer. We did love the pool and fishing! And the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful!!!
