Very friendly staff and overall clean lobby and room although relatively small for a double room. Breakfast is excellent and I particularly appreciate the orange juicer available to customers and the large choice of brioche and croissants. My only real gripe is that A/C was turned off in the entire hotel. Not because it was broken but because it was not the "season". Rooms were pretty hot and we had to open the windows in the morning and evening.

Can't get in the car park after 10pm. waiting 25 mins with 4 staff on reception. Waited 20 mins to speak to someone... they just walk around pretending to be busy with pieces of paper.

Guys, the room was infested with bedbugs!! My kids ended in urgency at the hospital because of the HORRIBLE allergic reaction. Plus, a full day lost and hundreds of dollars in medication and treatment. Vacations ruined for this matter.

Very welcoming and lovely staff
A brief 1 night stay and while the rooms were a little dated, any shortcomings there were more than compensates for by the fabulous staff you were very welcoming, exceptionally helpful and catered for our every need.

Was not true about one queen bed, one twin bed and one sofa. Only one queen bed and sofa ( sofa was zero comfortable) and when we inform about the web side to the personal about the false information they did not care. For two person ok for more people I do not recommend it

Great Family Hotel
We travelled with our two grandsons aged 8 & 11. In family rooms there is often just a small 'double' sofa bed for children and we were dreading this as it does not work very well. However in this hotel the sofa bed was such that each of the boys had their own single bed - a massive plus from all of us. The hotel provided well for children with a games table, pool, table tennis & games console...the boys loved playing the word game on the games table. The staff were all brilliant with the boys and the boys felt confident enough to approach the staff on their own for tennis rackets etc (thank you team). The breakfast was fantastic. The snacks offered at the bar were really good and the restaurant food was great, although not a huge amount of choice. The hotel is a bit tired and dated inside and out but having said that it was all very clean. It is in a great location for transport by tram to/from city centre & airport and the location felt safe for us.

The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. Conveniently located to the airport (and with free shuttle). Clean, everything about the hotel is how the good reviews describe it. BUT the rugby team was there when we were there. We asked the hotel staff how they planned to manage the noise and they said it was all set, no problems. NOT SO. We were up half the night, feeling like we had taken our daughters (age 10 and 13) to a drunken frat party. The front desk did not deal with it well. They kept telling us the team was going to go out soon. By about 1am, they quieted down. We had to fly at 6am We regretted staying here and wish the hotel had figured out a better way to accommodate the rugby team OR regular paying families like us.

Much more than we expected enroute to Sarlat. Impeccable service and breakfast; eggs made to order, fresh fruit and pastries/bread (Whole grain, too), fresh citrus infused water, rich, yet smooth coffee, lean, dried cured hams, waffles, French preserves, etc. Attentive service! A Dietitian and Gourmands dream. Room was too stuffy upon arrival. Thankfully keeping the window open on a Sunday eve offered peace.
