"Definitely not a 4-star hotel. It should be rated as a 3-star property. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Chisinau. You can easily walk to the main attractions, restaurants, cafés, and even the city's central market. Unfortunately, the hotel is very noisy, especially if you get a room on the first floor, as I did. The lobby is right outside the rooms, and during my stay I had to go to the reception several times to ask them to tell the guests in the lobby—who were drinking, laughing, and talking loudly—to keep the noise down. The breakfast is quite limited for a 4-star hotel, although the food is fresh. Housekeeping was also disappointing. The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and I had to complain because the bed sheets were dirty. Instead of replacing them properly, it seemed they had simply been carelessly placed one on top of another.."

"Very good looking staff they smile a lot. Also Alesia a very beautifully woman. The hotel should be 5 star rated it is small but modern elevator and systems AC and nice balcony and a nice pool small but nice also nice garden with tables you can sit work on your laptop very quiet close to center. Easy for BOLT to pick you up. Also they can clean your laundry and it's very fast it's amazing"
