Close the Shanghai West station and Metro.

Pros: It's location and being 2 minutes away from a Carrefore Supermarket with food outlets and it's on line 11 same as Disney land.
Cons: Not a lot.
Location: Close to the Station and metro same line as Disney land, Carrefore nearby and food outlets and restaurants close.
Enjoyed immensely my stay here a luxury hotel 5 mind from the station and metro . Minor problem on booking in soon solved, room very good with a bath and a separate shower, staff happy and talkative.

Not a good Hotel ...

Not a great stay. Room air-conditioner was not working well and room could not be cooled down. Hotel is a bit run down. Food from the cafe was of poor quality. The best I can say about this hotel is that most of the staff tried hard.

Booked a high floor river view room but it was low & blocked by building. This room is filthy with smell disgusting. I complained to swap to a high floor river view room. Even though it is clean but is aged. Gotta walk out the building to enter swimming pool. Which is really not convenience.

Hotel facility is good but the location is far from the downtown. It tskes 30 mins(40 mins in rush hour) by taxi but taxi arrangement by hotel was not good. The food at the hotel restaurant was great.

Ditect subway line to Disney (one hour, but very convenient).

all in all a great hotel, not too far from subway, and about 30 mins to bund by taxi, only small comment, breakfast tables need to be wiped down better, tops all smudged from wet wipe down,trivial but important if your rated right up there

I checked in around 1:00AM. The graveyard shift manager was very unfriendly . I go to the room & it was a horror show. Pillows were all wrinkled. Bed skirt was ripped. Carpet was all dirty & stained. Went to the bathroom for shower & surprise, cockroach is walking around ! I couldn't believe my eyes that this was Radisson Blue. I called orbitz righ away & notified them. Thanks

Great stay, if a bit far from the sights

I loved this hotel, the beds were comfortable, the room was really big and the staff were welcoming and friendly. It's very close to Shanghai West railway station (and metro) which is handy. Be warned that this station isn't close to the main sights the city has to offer. Not too much of a problem, just might take a bit longer than expected to get around.
