Convenient Location

Easy to find with a good location. Not much in terms of a scenic view, but pleasant interior that will get the job done. Super tiny pool that is only really suitable for one or two guests at a time. Nice breakfast buffet with free newspapers and a variety of hot and cold food items.

Good clean safe looking location around 30 miles from airport and close to family in Spanaway. Everything was fine except for the incredibly small bath area. So little room for toiletries. We were tripping over cords. The stool was literally one inch of the door opening and closing. The shower so close to stool, the stool got wet each time we showered.

Very good. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was quiet and loved the lemon water available 24/7 in the lobby. The only glitches were that there was never someone at the desk when we arrived or when we left or when we came down for breakfast. We always had to wait for someone to show up. Also they began cleaning up the breakfast bar earlier than the stated time to get your breakfast. Two of us had to ask to have the waffle batter brought back so that we could make our waffles.

Nice hotel

We were here for a family visit and it was a perfect location for us. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly with prompt service.

Great hotel.

Pros: continental breakfast
Cons: Lounge closed a little early on weekend.
Check in was quick and efficient. Our room as clean and comfortable. In room safe was convenient.

A nice place to stay.

We did not realize we had to let the staff know if we wanted our beds made, trash removed, and new towels until we got back to the room our second night. We called and left a message for staff to please bring some more towels and empty the waste paper baskets, but we got no response whatsoever. On the other hand, we loved that we could eat there and not have to leave for meals. We enjoyed the food, too. However, there were only two chairs in the room so when we ate in the room one member of our group had uncomfortable sitting arrangements.

Our stay was really good. Staff was super nice and I loved that they had a bar and an outside seating area. The pool was a bit small, we were there for a basketball tournament so there were a lot of kids and got crowded quickly.
