Nice place

Speedy check in and very nice clean rooms. Front desk let us check in a couple hours early as they had a room available.

Clean hotel

Pros: Ease of checking in and out; cleanliness of room and common areas; security measures on outside doors
Location: It is next to South Mall and a lot of shopping. Every store is within a two-mile radius.
This hotel is convenient to interstate 5/WA 512. It is quiet and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast is not very good and on several days they did not make up my room until 4:00 (I had to tell them to service my room).

Very quite room and close to good restaurants and local malls. Room was nice and clean.

Perfect place to stay while visiting our daughters

We stay at the hotel often and have always been happy with our service. And my grandchildren love the pool!

Nice quiet and clean, awful breakfast

This hotel would get a perfect rating from me if it wasn't for the breakfast. Trust me, I am capable of eating just about anything and I don't have real high expectations when it comes to breakfast at hotels. We were starving and grabbed the typical eggs from a box and some bacon and sausage. My daughter and I both could not eat it. I even tried covering with maple syrup but had to throw it away. The imitation eggs tasted like a cube of butter and the sausage honestly tasted like card board. The bacon was almost good. It's too bad these hotels can't find a good vendor for there fifty cent meals.
