"Bad - 10cm yellow stain on duvet cover - they changed it when I asked - I later also noticed an iron burn mark - No towels - Asked for towels and they gave us folded wet towels! - No water bottles - Can hear traffic noise and beeping all night - Windows arnt good - No kettle but they brought one - Dark building entrance - no sign for the hotel - more of a B&B on the 6th floor of a tower block - dilapidated lift - Good - Late checkin was fine - Bathroom was clean - Plug sockets...

"I everyone was very welcoming treating you like family going extra lengths to make your stay comfortable and we were very glad to choose this place instead of a bigger hotel in Cairo. They even organized a cozy cake cutting for our anniversary on rooftop with pyramids on the backdrop. Family owned business with all cousins collectively taking care of the guests. The chef is not only an amazing cook, but also a wonderful person. All the staff went out of their way to help us in every way possible. Fady our driver we spent the most time with and he went above and beyond his job description and did everything possible to make us have the best possible vacation and he succeeded...
