The hotel is very basic , big rooms with kitchen no ac so it was very hot during the day Nice restaurante near by grocery store and bowling very close We had to pay for the pool

We usually do not need AC, but this year we experienced very few days with above avarage temperatura.Regarding the pool, we understand your concern. Great hotel for a few days in the mountains, close to all the lifts and activities. Staff friendly and helpful, and pool and gym were well maintained. Breakfast was substantial and enjoyed.

La ubicación es fantástica y la zona de la piscina también (lo que es un robo es el coste por entrar 10€ persona/1 hora. Lo peor, la limpieza, realmente muy básica, hay muy poco personal y se nota

Nature, skiing and beautt
Hotel at foot of ski slopes at la molina. Great natural environment. Recommend asking for a room in the back looking at tge forest. Good breakfast and bar service available. Nice pool and spa that is family friendly.

Good location
Nice location, clean apartment, quiet and dark curtains for a good night´s rest. Front desk service could use some improvement - they couldn´t really explain the area and said there is no restaurant in the hotel; didn´t go out of their way to make us feel like we are in a 4 star hotel. Parking 15 euros/day, but lots of street parking available. Restaurant choices nearby not great, especially for vegans and nearest supermarket about 4 miles away. Very very limited TV channels and in the bathroom only shower gel available, no shampoo. Kitchen has utensils, plates, pots, etc and it was clean. Also, need to drive to the cable car location.

The hotel is very convenient for the ski slopes. Has a spa but you have to pay for it as well as the WiFi. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.

Decent hotel. perfect location
I stayed here with my family (2 adults, 2 kids) and we enjoyed our stay. The apartment comfortably slept 4, two of us on single beds and the kids on the sofa-bed & pullout mattress. The best thing about the hotel is the location which is PERFECT for the slopes, literally 2 minutes walk from the bottom of Pista Llarga. The apartment was a little tired but was comfortable, well-maintained and clean. Only real disappointment was the breakfast which was pretty poor, though it did the job and wasn't expensive.

Super close to the slopes!
Amazing location, close to ski slopes and easy walking to restaurants, however the room was quite dirty and lacking some basics. No tea towels, the floors were filthy and our feet were soon black with dirt after walking around in the room. 3 lights broken in the apartment and lots of marks and splashes on the walls. We were also charged tourism tax at the beginning and end of our stay but were so focused on checking out that we did it notice until we had left. Helpful staff however at reception.

Great location for Skiing
Good hotel. VERY friendly and helpful Staff at Reception. Pity Hotels still charge for WIFI, which should be free. Extra charge for using the pool, but not much. Direct at the lift which is great. Food was good and not expensive at all. Overall great location, good Hotel, would recommend it.

Great location
Excellent location close to main chair lift and evening entertainment for kids. Beds in room comfy, but shower poor as temperature impossible to regulate. Kitchenette handy, but oven grill not appropriate for making toast. Dinner and breakfast buffets extensive and good value. Disappointed to have to pay a considerable amount extra to use the Spa. More information regarding the coach transfer from the rail staton would be helpful.

Schlimm. Ich komme nicht wieder. Dreckiges Apartement, dreckiges knasiges Geschirr in den Schränken, Haare im Bett von Vorbenutzern. Unfreundliche Hotelleiterin, ließ uns 10 minuten warten weil Sie kein englisch sprach. Keinerlei Nachlass wegen der schlechten Erfahung, wir sind mit Hund gereist, dieser kostet 15,00 € pro Nacht und das wurde nicht erlassen. ihnen waren die Beschwerden auch egal an der Rezeption

L'apartament tenia deficiències de manteniment (rajoles trencades, prestatges descollats de la paret o de l'armari de la cuina, la balconera no ajustava bé, etc.). Per ser un 4 estrelles, tenia pocs complements de cuina i bany. Tot molt bàsic i senzill. Sofà incòmode. Personal correcte, però poc proper.

Hotel juste convenable mais au rapport qualité prix discutable... Les chambres sont vieillissantes et nécessiteraient des travaux de rafraîchissement, le point positif est qu'elles sont spacieuses. La literie ne me laissera pas un souvenir inoubliable. La vue n'était pas terrible mais cela dépend de la chambre que vous avez (nous avions une vue sur l'autre bâtiment). Petit déjeuner bien.

Todo estuvo muy bien. El desayuno muy bueno. Las habitaciones estaban muy calientes y no se podía bajar la calefacción, solo abriendo la ventana. Había mucho polvo. Mi hijo es alérgico al polvo y tuvimos que apartar las mantas que no se habían lavado en un tiempo

La ubicación es excelente, el tamaño del apartamento para familia de cuatro es genial. Falta mucha más limpieza en las habitaciones .... las camas muy viejas!! La atención excelente!
