CONS: The hotel is very outdated, small, and with minimal room furniture and decor. Tiny separate room (like 1/2 a closet) for the toilet. The sink/tub/shower are in another very small room. Not much room to move around. We couldn't figure out how to work the heat or air-conditioning. In the middle of the night, I woke to try to adjust the temperature, only to click on a button that very loudly shut something of a garage door over our sliding-glass window to the back patio area. When we awoke in the morning to what felt like hurricane winds, it made sense why there was such a metal door (that was banging loudly against the side of the hotel) over our sliding-glass door. Skip the 14 euro breakfast, that looked bland and minimal. We ate in downtown Colliure instead, for only 10 euros each.
PROS: In a great location, given we didn't have to stay in pricey Colliure itself, but was in short driving distance to Colliure central. Up on top of a beautiful mountain overlooking the ocean and town below. Beautiful sights. Large pool and hot-tub on premise, though we didn't use them (it was too cold).
