We arrived 30 minutes early, and was told there would be a 25.00 charge. (In all my travels have never been told this) the customer service was horrible. After taking 45 minutes to check in,and getting to our room. There was left over food in the refrigerator, black gunk on the toilet seat,and the headboards were covered in dust.
