Beth helped us with our check in and went above an beyond to make sure everything was just right. She was also very helpful in giving us information about the city ad places to see/dining recommendations.

Great hotel for the price!

The room that we had was extremely roomy and had enough room for my 3 children to run around and play. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone with children! The staff are very helpful and the breakfast was very good.

wouldn't stay here again if it was free

We arrived 30 minutes early, and was told there would be a 25.00 charge. (In all my travels have never been told this) the customer service was horrible. After taking 45 minutes to check in,and getting to our room. There was left over food in the refrigerator, black gunk on the toilet seat,and the headboards were covered in dust.

I had to change my room the first night since the TV had an outdated access card and did not work for anything and the air conditioning/heating system quit working. The front desk person was nice and helped facilitate the move, but also appeared to be somewhat of a "one-person band"...

Very old.

We arrived very late and receptionist was very nice, but rhe ones that were there the rest of weekend were rude.

Highly Overrated!

I saw that this hotel was pet friendly. I requested a room that I could have my dog in also. However, that must have forfeited my right to a room that was in good condition. The bathroom tile was loose, ungrouted. Instead if the requested king bed, I received two queens. One was extremely hard, the other I could actually feel the coils. Unfortunately, after the first night I had yet another to endure. I hit my limit of ibuprofen this weekend! For the rate being charged in Muscatine, this is a HUGE disappointment. I feel like I may as well have tried the Muskie Motel. I wouldn't have been as disappointed.
