Pleasantly Surprised

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Maybe a little bigger soap for the shower.
Location: Several eateries withing a half a mile including fast food restaurants. . .Would highly recommend the Mo Bradys Restaurant only one half mile away.
This was our first time staying with Country Inn & Suites and it will definitely not be our last. The hotel was in excellent condition and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with the standard cereals, eggs, waffles, etc., but they also had hot cereal [oatmeal] with all the fixings. A pleasant stay.

We have used Country Inn and Suites before and they are excellent. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great.

Not what we've come to expect

Had ants in the room, wifi was pretty bad, kept getting dropped. Breakfast wasn't that good. Not at all what we have come to expect from country inn and suites

rude staff, not clean.

Pros: location to the interstate.
Cons: make sure bedding is changed and beds are clean. check the attitude towards customers. make sure employees are not smoking in non-smoking area.
Staff was outside smoking in the non-smoking area when we arrived. Front desk clerk seemed to be bothered to have to stop smoking to check us in. The pull out bed had crumbs in it and the king sized bed had food stuck to the sheets. Not worth 125-150 per night that is for sure. Rude staff at front desk in the evening and in the morning.
