Being remodeled - I'd wait a while to stay here

To be fair, this hotel is undergoing some remodeling. That said, in this condition, it probably shouldn't be open for business yet. The bad: ONE outlet in the room, with an expansion strip plugged into it to give a total of 4 plugs, 2 of which were for the microwave and the fridge. There was no phone in the room. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. There was no interior shower curtain liner. I'm fairly certain there wasn't a curtain going all the way across the window the first night, just a sheer (sp?). Once in a great while the kids could get a WiFi signal in the room, but not often. When they did, it was extremely slow. "Maybe you're in a dead spot."
The good: the hot tub was pretty hot. The free breakfast was okay, but not great. No make-your-own waffles or anything "fresher" like that, but halfway decent stuff in the warmers.
When it's ready, it looks like it has the potential to be decent. Until then...you're probably better off looking elsewhere.

We check our rooms every morning to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay. When we check in guests we do ask that if they need anything to please let us know and we will do whatever we can in our power to ensure the guests needs are met. We are more than happy to move a guest to a more suitable room if they are in any way unsatisfied with their current room. Our cook prepares breakfast every morning and we are one of the few hotels that you can still get a hot breakfast. We are under construction but we strive to ensure our guests happiness.
