Beautiful and the bed was super comfy!

Pros: Casino, restaurants and staff were all great!
Cons: Wouldn't change a thing.
Location: We had fun in the casino, went on a river cruise, and shopped in downtown Davenport and le Claire
We stayed for 8 nights and loved it. Didn't want to leave.

Smell and bedding old and dirty bathroom

Hotel smells like smoke. The bed sheets are old and not smooth or comfortable. Bath tubs were dirty with spots hat would not go.

North tower parking for handicap good.

Nice Room - Lacks Customer Service

Nice room and good location to our event at iWireless. But we felt the Customer Service was extremely lacking. Hotel was not willing to accommodate needs due to reserving the room through Expedia as opposed to going directly to them.

Was difficult working with the valet service. They never answered the phone and often no one was available to get car or take car Had to wait longer than should have to. Will say the food in the buffet was excellent. Good wait staff and good selection of foods available.

Pros: New, beautiful.
Cons: Cleaner bathroom
Front desk staff was not welcoming at all! Very displeased with the check in process.

Nice room, nice casino, excellent workout room. The North tower where I stayed is beginning to show it's age.
