Nice place to stay

Comfortable bed...nice clEan room. Close to attractions. Was disappointed that breakfast was not included.

Quick getaway

Clean, friendly, spacious rooms ,would stay again. Huge shower, beautiful view from North Tower, would have been nice if breakfast was included but it was a great experience. Very nice hotel.

Not worth it, Play but dont Eat and Stay

Pros: Casino was nice Staff there was helpfull and energetic. Rooms are very well kept.
Cons: Food and drinks, Staff at Kellers Grill
Stayed for Buisness and pleasure. Front desk staff nice but short and not helpfull. Room staff (Maids) did great job and rooms are very well kept. other than that Did not feel like a welcomed guest. Kellers Grill is a terrible place, had the fillet and it was like skirt steak, staff was terrible worse service ever.

winter getaway

Pros: casino attached
Cons: quality of linens and towels
Location: gambling and shopping close, along with other casino's nearby
Experience was good for the most part. The bed sheets were "pilled" and the towels were very hard - could have used some fabric softener. Other than that, stay was ok.

very nice hotel

Pros: clean, food was good and prices were reasonable
Cons: If parents could pay more attention to their children in swimming area. I got out of the pool with my 1 year old s because of the horse playing.
Location: shopping was close buy tjmaxx, marshalls
we will tell family and friends! very pleasant stay!

Pros: Short walk through building to new casino which was very nice
Cons: Pillows were too hard for me, no safe in room
Room was nice and remodeled. Coffee maker in room was good.

Love the hotel hated the casino to much smoke

Location: The casino was awful because of the cigarette smoke
Everything about the hotel was nice except the casino way to much smoke could not enjoy myself

getting a better price

Cons: got a room next to the train tracks and garbage dumpsters.
When getting a better price on a room, make sure its not next to the rail road tracks and garbage dumpsters if you want to sleep. Other than that nice.
