BED BUGS!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO! BASED OFF OF PAST REVIEWS THEY HAVE BEEN HAVING BED BUG ISSUES FOR MONTH. OWNER ADMITTED TO IT BEING BED BUGS ON THE SECOND FLOOR! HAD TO CALL POLICE JUST TO GET BACK IN THE ROOM AND GET MY AUTISTIC SONS CUP AT 2AM. HE ARGUED WITH COPS AND REFUSED TO LET US IN!

Upon entering my room I discovered that the bathroom had not been cleaned as evidenced by human waste on the toilet seat. I went to the front desk to ask for a rag and disinfectant explaining why I needed them. The man at the desk didn’t blink an eye as he handed me cleaning supplies. As I began to clean the toilet I discovered old, dried urine all around the base of the toilet I hadn’t noticed before. And then hair in the corners of the bathroom floor. The black mold on the grout of the shower was just frosting on this disgusting cake. When I returned the cleaning supplies and explained that I chose not to get on my knees and clean the bottom of the toilet the man at the desk said “okay”. No apology, no offer to remedy the situation, no concern that a guest had just cleaned a previous guest’s mess. Needless to say I kept finding more evidence of previous guests’ stays but as I was just staying until my flight in the morning I decided to stick it out. The fact that someone decided to run the dryer next to my room, with what sounded like a bag of marbles, at 10:30pm is not the fault of the management but it only added more fuel to my resolve to never stay here again.

Sent us to a dirty room, then changed rooms, no too bad but they were painting, so had to move tools and painting supplies to hall. Was having morning coffee in the breakfast area after 9am, was sitting at a two top and was asked to leave because a female empoyee had to clean it. Unlocked doors 24/7 leading to rooms, filthy carpet, never again!

When I arrived at airport I tried to call the motel for a shuttle to the room I had booked. I spent 25 minutes in a recorded twilight zone trying to get to front desk. No matter what number I tried I kept getting a recording trying to get me to book a room that I didn’t need Even when I pushed the number for the front desk I got the booking recording. Thought I was going to have to take a Uber. Once I finally got through things went smoothly and driver and front desk were great.

We didn’t stay because the place looked so bad. I received a text message saying they had a problem with the reservation so it wasn’t active. So we found another hotel — but we were charged for the room when we never checked in. Upset with the Expedia and the hotel for this.

They did not clean and to get clean towels I had to bring the soiled ones to the front desk. Breakfast was supposed to be til 9 am, but was closed at 8 am. The room was at the end of a long hall and the entry door at the back would not open with the card key. Was with my 91 year old Mother and I would have to leave her in the car, go in the front entry walk down to the end of the building so I could prop the door open so she could enter the building.

Staff gave me a dirty cover sheet even though i showed them a picture, bathrooms don't have shower curtains asked for more towels they say no even though towels was rip, they told me was 2 towels for rooms per day.

Terrible stay
The motel was run down. No baseboard trim. Hallways were dark and carpet was dirty. Room did not have a chair other than the desk chair. The breakfast room was dirty and not well stocked. We wiped our own table to have a clean place to eat. The doors were slammed in the rooms next to us and we heard the people above is all night. Not what we would expect from a Wyndham property. We will not stay at LaQuinta again.

FILTHY HOTEL! Bugs that caused friends to leave and book at a local Hilton. Google said a bar/lounge and 2 restaurants so we booked for my son's 21st birthday, only to find out that the restaurants are NOT on the property and the bar is in one of the restaurants that close at 9pm. Worthless stay. Breakfast is ALL cold, coffee was OUT, no one was tending the area....looks like the Cecil Hotel and creepy dirty as well. Pretty sure multiple ODs have happened here. Hallways smell like weed constantly. Terrible place. DO NOT stay.

Disappointed in this LaQuinta.
Carpets were filthy throughout. Maintenance has been ignored. Breakfast was non existent- rude about my service dog. Breakfast dining area not at all welcoming. Chairs up on most tables at 8am. Fire door at one end non functioning. Night clerk was pleasant.

We arrived fairly late, and we’re welcomed by a delightful man named Ronnie. Without me asking, He immediately tried to get us Wyndham points. which we can’t use when we go through Expedia. They’re obviously doing some renovation because all the floorboard trim was pulled off. I’m hoping that they’re tearing out that really old dingy carpet down the hallway. Outside in the dark it was a little weird with the parking because we had a U-Haul. But it all worked out fine. The beds in the room were extremely comfortable. The curtains actually closed. I mentioned the two things that bothered me to Ronnie at the front desk which were, no fan in the bathroom so it’s remained fogged up for about a half an hour, and that the lock on the door did not work . Ronnie wanted to know in order to fix it. It just reiterates how important having somebody greet you at the front who cares, understands, being exhausted when you arrive and accommodates you. The breakfast had premade omelettes which we reheated in our microwave. It was a lovely experience And I would return there.

Needed bathroom upon arrival , lobby bathrooms out of order , went outside and peed on bush . Room was musty and damp . Rented for 3 nights , on 3rd night my room key wouldn't work , they programed another the the next day charged me more than the other 2 nights without explanation , no one spoke understandable English
