Overall, nice roomy hotel. Always a great stay here. Rooms are comfortable and spacious and lobby/atrium and other amenities are a great bonus. Staff is friendly. Only downside is parking fee and that decor in rooms is a bit outdated - but nonetheless I recommend.

Nice central location to downtown Davenport.

My daughter was starting at the college close to downtown and this hotel was convenient, moderately priced and close to restaurants. Parking was easy too.

Too much for little

No jacuzzi anymore. And the casino is not near anymore since they moved out on i80. The water temperature was like warm at best. Breakfast was slimmed down to a small cafe that you have to pay. Not sure if the future. Just conventions will support this from now on.

Good location, terrible staff

Good location, nice view, but the staff has a very bad attitude. It is like they hate to work!

Downtown Davenport

I called ahead that I would be arriving late in the evening. When I arrived, they greeted me by name! My entire stay was comfortable. Staff were informative and provided me with excellent alternatives for evening meals.

We could not get the room to cool below 76 degrees. too warm.

concert

stayed for a concert in moline. it was a very nice hotel. if you need a ride in suggest q.c. chauffeur. he was on time and even called when concert was over to let us know he was outside waiting if we needed a ride he would wait for us. I know that wasn't about the hotel but the front desk guy recommend them and I do too! hotel was very clean. breakfast was great with alot of options.

Beautiful view of the Mississippi

Pros: Friendly staff, well cared for facility, great view - and a nice job of decorating the lobby for the holidays.
This hotel is in a great downtown location. My December stay happened during one of the coldest days of the year, so I really appreciated the option of free parking in the ramp across the street (as opposed to having my car covered with snow in the lot) and utilizing the short skywalk to the hotel. The view of the river from the 6th floor is fantastic! The wifi connection was fast and easy - and did not require messing with passwords, log-ins, etc.

Nice Hotel but needs updating

Needs updating. Has a very 80' outdated feel. A remodel is definitely due for this hotel.
