Property requires a $100 security deposit on top of the rental rates. This is NOT shown on Expedia's website. The deposit was returned but it took two days for it to post on my credit card. Expedia needs to include this information for every lodging requiring a security deposit.
When about to check out, I advised the receptionist of this. When I was ready to check out about five minutes later, the receptionist was nowhere to be found! Not acceptable!! I took a picture of the door key I left at the hotel along with the deposit notice on the counter.
On the plus side, the room was decent enough although the shower head and diverter valve need to be replaced. Also, no hair dryer was provided. The big allure to this place was the room rate shown on Expedia's website.
The ice machine on the ground floor was inoperative; I had to go to the 3rd floor for the only working unit at this property.
In summary, the unavailability of the receptionist when I checked out and shoddy maintenance left a negative impression of this place. Also, requiring a security deposit is stooping way low for a Ramada. I would recommend avoiding this property for these reasons.
