In need of repairs

Hot tub was out of order, as was the ice machine, and juice machine, (no juice for breakfast). There had been a hole in our tub which seemed to be repaired with some kind of glue. The paint on the walls in the pool area were peeling, the carpets were old and some seemed dirty. The last night there my legs itched during the night. I didn't think anything of it. The next day we were on a schedule, so we hurried around and got on the road.... As we were leaving town my legs started to itch again so I looked down and I had 4 large red bug bites on my right ankle. It scared me to death. We didn't know if they were spider bites or bed bugs! When we got home we were afraid to take anything into our home. We stripped in the attached garage.... washed every strip of clothing we had taken with us, whether they needed it or not, sprayed our luggage with bug spray and put them in our un-attached garage, and sprayed everything left with bug spray. I hope upon hope that they were not bed bugs that bit me and that we had not brought them home with us. We will never stay there again!!

Thank you for your honest feedback regarding your current stay with us. I want to apologize for the frustrations you encountered regarding your stay with us. We are very sorry that the hot tub was out of order during your stay. We have started repairs on the hot tub and pool area since your stay with us. The ice machine on the 3rd floor is down at the moment and we are sorry for that inconvenience, however the ice machines on 2nd and 1st are in working order. I do apologize for us not having any juice in the machine for breakfast. I also regret that you had to take precautions when you arrived at home. We hope you will come back and visit us in the future so that we can provide you with a more pleasant stay.
