When I booked this hotel, it said it came with a free breakfast and when I checked out and was looking all over for the breakfast. I was told that I could buy one of their items from their little back room. Also, when I walked into my room, it was filthy. The mirrors were dirty, the place was very dusty and the bathtub was so disgusting I wouldn’t even take a shower in it. When I mentioned this to the front staff, they really didn’t care and said I’m sorry. I will never stay here again.

I didn’t like that my room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned from the previous guest, it smelled bad and there was zero hot water for my shower. I ended my stay in under 3 hours.

I'm not coming back here.
It was an ok hotel stay. Quiet & close to area shopping & eats. The room looked poor- old, beat up chair, creaky bed & marred doors where mirrors had been taken down. Water in sink blasted out. No kleenex in the room either. No ice at vending & breakfast was minimal with dessert plates to put your food on - plus only a roll of school paper towels - no napkins. Worse Ramada I've ever stayed.

I'd say you get what you pay for when the room is $60/night...but this was somehow worse than expected. The place is obviously on its last leg - between the holes in the wall and ceiling, toilet paper holder being clearly ripped off the wall and just sitting on top of the toilet, and the dark red stains on bedsheets that leave you guessing that really seal the deal here. Don't worry though, after enough $5 charges for guests losing their room keys, and key holders with room numbers scribbled over and over turning the slips into miniature palimpsests, the place will turn around for sure.

It turned out to be a dump, black mold it the bathroom, the toilet didn't flush , and the beds were full sized beds instead of the queen sized we reserved. The beds had 3 (each) very uncomfortable pillows (one of them smelled bad) and the sheets were dingy white. The carpet was dirty as well. It was a disappointing stay, I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone. We ended up checking out at 3:00am and risk driving home instead of staying any longer.

The room was very outdated and dirty. My socks were black from just walking in the room. The sofa sleeper had no mattress, so the sofa cushions kept sliding back. The shower curtain rod was not installed correctly causing the bathroom to become soaking wet. The bed was thin and pillows flat and uncomfortable.

Lerd kust say I will never book a room here. I had to ask to switch rooms 3 times for different reasons ( uncleaned room or for malfunctioning bathroom. Dust is everywhere in the rooms.

The entire hotel was dirty - including the floors and walls. All the trash cans outside were overflowing with trash. We felt dirty just staying there. A room with two queen size beds: no blankets, not enough pillows; only 1 towel and wash cloth. Breakfast consisted of a waffle maker, syrup (no butter), cereal & milk and white bread with a toaster. No fruit, no pastries. I will probably not be through that way again, but if i was, I would avoid this hotel completely.

The grass wasn’t mowed, the pool was out of service, in the room I had to clean the hot tub and shower because they were not clean. All shampoos were empty and there was a used bar of soap and hair in the shower. When reporting this to front desk she seemed to not understand and handed me new shampoo, conditioner and soap. We asked for extra towels and 2 hours later received them.

The A/C didn't work in our room, so we had to be moved to a different room. There, the tv remote was taped up and didn't work half the time, the bathroom smelled like BO, there was hair in the sink, and there were centipede bugs running under the bed. The bedding was yellowed and looked like it was 20 years old. The bed skirt was frayed and torn like it had been caught in the vacuum a hundred times. This place made my skin crawl and we left right away. They also charged a $100 incidentals fee which I thought was excessive.
