“Upon arrival, my guests and I were told that our rooms were not ready. We waited in the lobby for about an hour. During that time, two men walked up to the front desk and were given rooms immediately. After noticing how quickly they received their rooms, we returned to the Front Desk Attendant to inquire about the status of our rooms. We were then informed that our rooms were ready. The attendant had been aware that we were sitting in the lobby waiting the entire time but failed to notify us……

“Overall, it is a nice property with a beautiful view. The room was mostly clean, meaning the bedding, floors, and bathroom were clean. There was some neglect in dusting the lamps and their shades, and the shades need to be replaced. Also, the room only had one lamp on the bedside table. The room was nice enough, but lacked decor; there were no curtains on the windows, and the overall aesthetic is a bit sterile, meaning that it lacked artwork and homey touches. However, the room does have new……

“The only thing that stood out, was the strange smell in the room. It was a cooking odour that was quickly removed by using a room spray. Management provided the spray upon request and that did the trick. Clean bedding/sheets and the shower was as hot as needed. It was only for one night and a good price point for a traveller just moving through the area. Excellent Wifi. By the way, the gas station next door has a Krispy Krunchy Chicken out let, "part of the United Gas Station", and has the……

“Beds were cleaned! Room was overall good, spacious, good AC, good bathroom, we liked! No carpet, that was a bonus, since we suffer of allergies! Breakfast was good! We liked! Parking lot was plenty! Amenities were good! Maintenance overall the building is not as good as it should be, why? All wallpapers everywhere are getting damaged, hallway carpets are not so clean! Walls getting dirty!! So maintenance is needed!”
