From train station pick up, check in, restaurant booking, room services, concierge, bar service, to check out with proper Swiss send off, the whole experience was just amazing. Our family had such a great time and was very memorable. Highly recommend for others when visiting Zermatt, and definitely our choice when visiting next. "

"The hotel design was beautiful and overall was clean. Staff were friendly, polite, and efficient, they have a 5 star service. However, when I turned on the shower, 3 insects dropped from the shower head and completely shocked me. It was disgusting as they were dead. I wondered if the hotel staff forgot to close the balcony door and let in the insects. It gave me a good scare when they dropped. I wish the hotel could do a better job next time given that every other detail of this hotel was perfect. Also, one moth flew into my room during night and it disturbed my sleep. Given that there were no air conditioning, we had to open the balcony door for air, I wish the hotel could install window screening to prevent insects flying inside the room. "
