Centralized, yet off the beaten path

Pros: the staff were extremely helpful.
Cons: Windows that could be more private for the rooms.
Location: Grand Place is less than a 10 min walk. There's a great number of restaurants and cafes near. The palace is a 5 min walk from the hotel and the park.
Well presented hotel with outstanding staff. Everyone was very polite and worked to ensure the stay was very nice. The hotel is very close to the office building directly behind it. This was a little disconcerting as you could see directly in several offices from the room window. This was taken care of by closing the curtains. If the windows are open you'll hear the cathedral bells at all hours. This can be annoying early in the morning. The food of "room service" was acceptable, but there were many restaurants open late to eat if necessary. We didn't eat there for anything else. I would definitely stay again as it was a very nice hotel to stay for the central area of Brussels

Nice hotel. Needed coffee pods refreshed. Apart from this, all really Lovely. Nice quiet area but minutes from main square. So close to the train also.

Great location

Great location. Close to the Centraal train station and many tourist sites. Clean and quiet hotel. Helpful staff.

Nice and central hotel

From arrival to check out I believe this hotel has a very high standard in customer service Receptionists was very polite and helpful Had a nice welcome note from the staff and been upgraded to VIP room (301) brilliant breakfast with a wide range of choices even for special requirements The staff in general were all friendly Can’t fault it - will definitely go back

Too much noise from the streets, but easy access to public transportation.

Fantastic few days in Brussels

Pros: Duvet, pillows & location
Cons: nothing to comment
Location: Grand Place, close to central station, bars and restaurants nearby, city sightseeing tours depart close by.
Check in was smooth, great first impression of the hotel location. Hotel has a lovely open café/bar next to reception with comfortable seating. We used the city sightseeing tours to get about the city which start about 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located next to the central station and Grand Place. One of the best things about the hotel was the duvet and the pillows. All 5 of our group slept very well and a few squeezed in a cheeky nap because it was so easy to fall asleep. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Brussels and would stay again in a heart beat. We secured fantastic rates so overall 5 stars from us.

Clean & clear are important!

I travelled a lot. Your hotel is in good location but on my 2nd night, my room haven’t cleaned and cleared everything 100%. Seem like your staff just hurry to do it, why? Including small point is used cup & spoons haven’t changed for me as well. Did I ask you to discount, NO! But my 3rd night very good cleaned. I think different staff for sure.
