Country Estate or a River Runs by ItPosted Oct 8, 2015
Pros: The view of the fiume (river) Sile from the breakfast room.
Location: Visit the archaeological museum, ride a bike along the river and visit the small town center.
An oasis of serenity within a half-hour train ride from the sensory explosions of the island of Venice. Enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty of the park-like setting along the river Sile in a villa that traces its origins to the mid 16th century. The only drawback was that our stay ended before we could explore the hotel's immediate surroundings.

It's on the Grand Canal but....Posted Oct 6, 2015
Pros: The staff, breakfast, the bar and of course the view of Venice...oh yeah and the great shower
Cons: everything but not the staff, breakfast, the bar and of course the view of Venice
Location: what? its in Venice!!!! Duh
Old world type hotel, meaning no elevator but with a grand staircase, not for the disabled. Great staff and excellent breakfast room with views of the Grand Canal but here's the buts......the rooms were a bit disappointing especially for the price of the room. I have stayed in better places in Venice. While clean it was a little faded in splendor, down at the heels, dingy or what have you. Ok I admit it had a great shower but the rest ehhh...I also must say at this point, that the place kind of grew on us and we liked a few of its charms. With a little more polish it could be once again, a Grand Dame of a hotel. the right investor could have fun with this place. Until then try and get a better price and you may really enjoy this hotel

Great hotelPosted Oct 5, 2015
Clean hotel, quiet, great breakfast, friendly and very helpful staff that all speak great English. Reliable transport to and from the local train station. Can't fault this hotel other than I couldn't get an iron.

Nice roomPosted Oct 5, 2015
The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff was accommodating when asked for a later check-out for one person in our party. They offered coffee and something to eat as a take away when we said we had to leave very early the next morning.

Just perfect!Posted Sep 30, 2015
Pros: Staff is extremely professional & service couldn't be more perfect!
Cons: Can't think of anything really. It's probably the most positive hotel experience I've ever had.
Location: Really nice and very quiet little town outside Venice. The hotel provides free bicycles if you would like to explore the town & countryside.
Don't let the remote location of this hotel put you off - it's only 30 minutes away from central Venice, the commute is quite easy and only costs €7 return (you can get the timetable & buy train tickets at reception), so considering the level of service you receive it's really good value. It's located in the quiet countryside so great for relaxing after a busy day in Venice.

Professionally run hotelPosted Sep 15, 2015
We visited Italy, Venice for our honeymoon. Venice is about 20 mins on the train from the hotel. The hotel run a shuttle bus. The staff made us very welcome at all times. Our room was cleaned daily and the towels changed every day. There is lots to see in the area free bike rental to get around locally. My husband and I were very pleased with our stay.

Unieke locatie voor bezoek VenetiëPosted Sep 15, 2015
Pros: Het heerlijke zwembad, Goed personeel. Excellent ontbijt
Location: Venetië is vanuit Quarto d' Altino goed bereikbaar met trein.
Prettig hotel. Excellent ontbijt, goede kamers en goede bedden. Vriendelijk personeel. Lukt aardig.
