Very good hotel
Very good hotel. Very comfortable, beautiful and quiet. Hotel staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The only negative experience was not stable Internet connection in the room. We were connected to WIFI, but the Internet connection was not stable.

We recently visited the hotel, it was our family honeymoon vacation with dog. We have a little misunderstanding with the room which wasn’t anyone fault… Next morning we was upgraded to lovely room without any charge. Nothing was too much trouble for owner or the staff, they are absolutely amazing and hard working people with a lot of passion for hotel and guests. Owner of the hotel is extremely hard working man he wake up super early and he is working until late hours of night doing all sorts of jobs. Stuff is brilliant, very helpful and always smiling. Food is delicious and super healthy. Definitely 5 star . Highly recommended. Thank you for lovely accommodation,

It was a lovely place to stay and the staff were amazing and their property was so clean and very friendly as well, but the only thing which was not good about is the mosquitoes. I don’t know how they can deal with it

It is truly a lovely hotel! If you are looking for a quiet and tranquil place to stay, book here. We stayed two nights at this hotel. Arrived at around 6 pm after a long day driving and the check in was fast, lots of parking right in front of the hotel and the room was spacious and very clean. We managed to get a bit of time in at the pool. Don’t expect much, it is like your backyard pool at home size but in a lovely setting. Surrounded by trees and open grassy areas. The hotel itself offers food until 7 pm, after that you have the option to walk over to Odino’s which is like 3 minutes walk, at the entrance of the property. It is a nice seafood mainly restaurant. Other options are a 3 minute drive away, we had dinner at a Pizzeria and it was awesome to experience a busy local Italian restaurant vibe. We took the train into Venice the next day. The train station is 5 minutes drive and there is free parking. Train ride cost is 16 Euros for two of us round trip. 25 minutes to get to Venice! I highly recommend doing this. Breakfast at the hotel is great! Excellent selection and very attentive staff. Very elegant décor throughout the hotel and love that there are peacocks everywhere! Great value for the price we paid. I would love to return and highly recommend to others.

The muster of peacocks kept us amused along side the breathtaking beauty of the Hotels well manicured grounds. The staff together with the owner made the holiday a very personal experience no request was to large and no detail too small . We would highly recommend a stay at the Park Hotel and will most definitely return. Sincere thanks to Francesca and the whole team.

I have traveler to many places around the world and this hotel was by far the nicest in every way! It is so clean it is as if you were the very first person to stay there. The front desk people were amazing and will go out of the way to make your stay amazing. I stayed there at the beginning of my trip and at the end and it was better the second time! I didn't think it could get any better but it did! I highly recommend it.

If you want to stay out of crowd it’s a good choice, rooms are good and clean the only issue we had was a bathroom in the beginning the lamp was not working so we need to wait sometime times to change it but main issue was the shower, there was only wall shower which was very low also , although I was informed them they said it’s normal in Italy which I was shocked . The other issue was I didn’t received any of the offers I got in a time of booking through hotel.com as VIP member like room upgrade and 2 hours late check out, actually the hotel was not aware of that , we got only 1 hour late checked which was upon our request , but overall if you want a place near to Venice but in calm and peaceful condition this hotel could be a good option

The property was convenient for airport, clean bright great value for money with super friendly and helpful staff. The room was exceptional with very large comfy bed. The only downside was the room was too warm and only cooled by opening large patio window - not good with mosquitos at this time of year.

the place is far, but besides that 4 starts hotel at less should have water in the room, the hotel bathroom had only one botter that is shompoo conditionning bodywash. they had been very cheap, I placed a review on google the lady at the front desk asked me to remove it and I have never promised her anything because the conversation wasn't between me and she was with my husband, putting a review is my decision no one should ask me to remove it or put a good word for it. did not like the attitude. anyways the hotel room was full of spider

Staff were super nice,super helpful with everything! They go above and beyond! The one downside is that this hotel is to far away from Venice. It's a 45 min to an hour train ride. Jesolo and Treviso are nearby. The distance from Venice was the only downside.

Great quiet place to stay.
Great place to stay. Kind ladies at the front desk who are helpful, friendly, and pleasant. The breakfast is simple and tasty. The room is a good size with a classical flair to it with the hardwood floors. And most importantly the area is quiet. Housekeeping does a great job. No negative things to say. When the remodeling is finished it will have a modern upstairs with the classical downstairs. Thumbs up!

Liked the property the rooms clean and nice. The rates listed aren’t what you end up paying. I rented two rooms one for 55 and the other 65 for 2 nights and when it was all said and done my bill was 480 dollars. If you go to their restaurant they give the hotel guest a way over priced menu. You would think it the other way around giving guest a perk. Not so.

This hotel is very beautiful. Our room, number 114, was large and very clean. All of the staff from the time we checked in, until we left were friendly, helpful and extremely gracious. The breakfast was yummy! They had fresh scambled eggs with mixed vegetables, bacon,fresh fruit,cereals, and chocolate croissants. The only con was that they turn off the air conditioning in September.As we were there in October it got guite warm in our room. This did not ditract from our stay, however if we were staying longer it might have been an issue.

Our first thoughts when me and my partner arrived at the hotel was that it looked dated, however we had booked a superior double room and it was modern and spacious. The balcony was welcoming, we didn’t use the pool area although we went to look at it when walking one day and it was small, if you want to sunbathe around the pool one day it will do the job. A bottle of wine was sent to our room when we arrived and it was such a thoughtful touch, the staff will do anything they can to help you. We travel a fair bit and even though this was out of Venice our stay was perfect.

The staff was very accommodating and welcoming! Everyone we bumped into there were all smiles. The location is a bit secluded so keep in mind you would need to schedule the shuttle service to get to and from the metro station- then take a 18 minute ride into Venice. Cost back into Quarto from metro is 7.50E . But into Venice is 3.50E. Bring bug spray , I got bit by the pool. Breakfast was good. If you have a problem with the WiFi or air conditioning , just have to tell them. I think they can reset on the backend, so don’t hesitate! Safe travels!

This is an okay hotel with amazing staff....but... things you need to be aware of. If you are visiting Venice this may not be the hotel for you. The trains are hourly, and the last train to return as told to us by the hotel staff is 22:11. So, if you want to stay in Venice any later then you are looking at a hefty 70 euro taxi fare. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the station and the staff are more than accommodating (you call them and when the train arrives they are there waiting to collect you) but there is a price for this service of 2.50 euros per person each trip. So the train fare is 3,55 euros per person each way and the taxi shuttle service is 2.50 per person each way so this soon adds additional cost. The transfer from the airport to the hotel is more difficult than a transfer direct from the airport to Venice and costs the same for the bus but for this hotel you add additional train fare. The pool area is dated and a little grubby but we only used the pool once. The staff more than make up for the pool area and are more than accommodating. The rooms are big and very clean so As far as the hotel goes it was very clean aside from the pool area. Plus points there is 24 hr bar service, friendly staff and exceptional service. Is it a four star, I’m not convinced. There is a couple of nice restaurants in the vinciniyy and we tried Madlys which was nice and Stephan the manager/ assistant was great. I am not being negative at all as this was a nice hotel.

Beautiful location. Middle of nowhere but hotel offer a shuttle service to railway station or nearby town for restaurants bars ice cream parlour. Rooms are very comfortable and very clean. Maids cleaning daily. No tea and coffee facilities in the room but you can rent a kettle for €10

The grounds were beautiful, the staff were incredible, went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. The rooms were huge and very clean, our balcony was huge too, we could see the gardens and the peacocks roaming. Everything was wonderful.

This hotel is EVERYTHING!
What a fantastic hotel. My wife and I stayed in the Junior Suite which had a Turkish steam bath. Shower is separated from the toilet and sink so it makes getting dressed in the morning a breeze as you dont get in eachothers way too much. The room was huge. Plenty of lighting and good bed and seating area. The staff were ever so kind and helpful. They have on site parking and a shuttle to the train station which takes you straight to Venice. Breakfast was very good and served in a beautiful room. There is also outdoor seating with Peacocks roaming around. All in all this was a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay, We stopped for 1 night at the end of the holiday as it was very convenient for Venice airport. As and when we return to the Venice area, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. There was a small problem with one of the rooms when we checked in but it was solved quickly and satisfactorily. Lovely spacious rooms, quiet , good facilities and comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were all friendly.
