“We spent three wonderful weeks in Rosalba's house. The house is really excellent. It is quite spacious and cozy. It has almost everything you might need, but even if you can't find something, just ask Rosabla. Bedrooms have wardrobes and mosquito nets. Everything (including bathrooms) is meticulously clean and neat. The absolute gem of the house is big sea-faced terrace with BBQ, dinner place and a few sofas. It is nice place to have breakfast or to spend evening with a bottle of wine. Thanks……

“Der gesamte Aufenthalt war wundervoll. Sowohl die Kommunikation mit Cristina, als auch die Unterkunft und der Ausblick auf das Meer waren toll! Cristina ist eine liebevolle und herzliche Gastgeberin und hat sofort geholfen, wenn etwas unklar war. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und war bei Ankunft sehr sauber, sodass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Weder in der Ausstattung der Küche, noch an Handtüchern, Föhn, Waschmaschine, Waschmittel usw.Alles in allem würde……

“Tolle Anlage, abgeschlossse private Lage vor den Toren Cagliaris. Nicht weit von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ruhig gelegen, bietet das Anwesen alles was man zum entspannten Urlaub braucht. Pool, Tischkicker, Tischtennis, (beides etwas betagt) Küchen, Bäder, Waschmaschine alles da. Ignazio unterstützte uns beim ersten Einkauf beim Transport, da wir mit Motorrädern unterwegs waren. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. ”

“A spacious house with lots of amenities. The 2nd bedrooms are small for one person or with bunk beds. The master bedroom is spacious, but the bed was only 2 meters long. Very nice that there are 2 bathrooms, with very small showers though.The living room has a very large kitchen and a fantastic view. You have to like stairs, 54 steps from parking to living room. There is a beautiful and very clean swimming pool which is 5 minutes away by car. You really need a car in this area.We really enjoyed……

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi, tutto della villa corrisponde a quanto descritto, dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata indipendente in ogni camera, giardino con prato all’inglese ben tenuto, angolo vasca idromassaggio. “We stayed here with our teen kids & parents in their mid seventies. The villa was spacious & clean & had everything you could possibly need & more from beach towels to board games. Elvira is the perfect host & went out of her way to send additional information about nearby shops, activities etc, helped with taxi booking & also greeted us with a lovely welcome hamper. Would recommend having a car for this property. Overall a great stay.”
