“At a walking distance from Masjid An Nabawi - Gate 309 and Gate 310. Not far from Masjid Al Quba and Masjid Al-Qiblatain (cost was SAR 15-20 by Uber). Not much interaction with the staff really. Over great experience.”

“Absolutely will not recommend this hotel. Very unprofessional and slow. Had a free upgrade to a suite which turned out to be dirty and facilities were not working. Changed to my original room which ended up having dirty pillows with hair!! Called housekeeping over the next 4 days and didn’t even turn up on the last day. Start to finish this has been a terrible experience and please book somewhere else. Honestly, coming to madina the last think you want to do is complain and I have bit my tongue……
