La chambre était très mal configurée, pas d'espace pour circuler et salle de bain inutilement trop grande. C'est aussi très bruyant près de l'autoroute, même avec les fenêtres fermées. Et que dire de l'inconfort des lits...

Decent facility no attention to detail

1 day room not cleaned. No towels by pool, empty coffee in lobby by 9am. No shuttle service to downtown and was told that it was only seasonal and good luck on Internet. Worked 30% of the time and when it did it was so slow it was unusable.

Hello Kenny, First of all thank you for sharing your experience with us. Our shuttle service works during the open time of the Hotel de Glace suring the winter so for this year from Jan. 4th to March 28th. And also during the summer from June 24th to Labor day in September. I happy to inform you that our internet problem have been fixed the monday of your departure so we don't have any problems anymore. I will also do a follow up with the maintenance team to understand why there were no towels at the pool and the empty coffee. Do not hesitate do contact me for any other concerns. Pros: emplacement
Cons: flexibilité du menu déjeuner (25 décembre), seul brunch à 22$ par personne offert
Accueil chaleureux et cordial, personnel attentionné.

Hotel tres confortable et relaxant

Location: L'hotel n'est pres de rien. Ce n'est pas un endroit pres du centre ville ou secteur commercial. Il vous faut une voiture.
Cette fois ci, je suis allee seulement pour dormir mais lors de tous mes sejours dans cet hotel, je relaxe tellement le confort est grand. Lit ultra confortable, hotel tranquille. La nourriture au restaurant est toujours ultra delicieuse!

No fridge..no micro, no sofa, no table,...

They promised me accomodation for 5 but did squeeze us in two queen bedrooms. Will never go or recommend. Try days inn.. cheaper better and free breakfast :(. No sofa no chair, no micro, no fridge, not enough towels, soap was open and used, .. compare to a 2 star or less..good lyck

This is true none of our room have beds to fit 5 people in it. We can always add a rollaway bed in the room but it's sure it reduces the living space in the room. Location: Près de la ville Québec.

Nice and clean hotel

Pros: The yard, with pool and spa, is very nice. And, the hotel is nice and clean.
Cons: A reception staff with a smile would be nice. A relaxing area where you can sit and share a drink or a bite to eat with other guests.
Location: It is far from Old Quebec and there doesn't seem to be much to do or visit close to the hotel.
The hotel is nice and clean. The spa and courtyard were very nice. So was the breakfast dining room and buffet. The reception staff was not very friendly but the morning brunch staff was. I find the price of the rooms a little high considering the hotel's distance to Old Quebec, and the fact that the hotel does not have a nice lounge where you can sit and relax. The only place they have is where the morning brunch is served. It is large, empty, and lit for breakfast, not a nice relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, ONE nearly empty glass of HOUSE wine will cost you the outrageous sum of $14.50. The reason we were given for this ridiculous price was that their house wine was from an excellent $72 bottle of Pinot Noir... Really ?!?!

Beautiful location but some issues

Picked this hotel due to it's stunning location and it did not disappoint that way: just off a highway but surrounded by trees and with it's own golf course. Very nice. First room we got was very clean and comfortable but we had an issue with the room beside us making too much noise. Went to the front desk and got a room change easily. The staff there were friendly: at the same time the girl at the desk did not seem surprised that I was having issues with the room beside us. Sadly the room we moved to though thankfully quieter also had a strong musky order in the bathroom (suspect it was a urine smell). The main room was also musty but running the fan cleared that up. As well the bedside lamp did not work and neither did the electrical outlet in the washroom. Was almost wondering if they had moved us to an out of order room to accommodate our room change. Did not feel like complaining again so kept that room for the night but would have to say our stay was disappointing.
