Unfortunately it is under renovation so there is plastic everywhere in the halls and doesn’t feel homey. but it will look great once they complete it.

This property is under construction and there was never any notice from the hotel or on Expedia. Our floor had temporary door signs, hanging electrical boxes for lighting. The hallways had no baseboards and the carpet was dirty. The room was less than standard. Carpets dirty. Flat sheets instead of fitted on the mattress. Short on pillows and when we requested more, they brought them to the room but they were clearly very old. No comfort. Bedding is a must. I would t recommend staying here.

We are sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with all aspects of your stay. We apologize for not being able to make you experience the Times experience as it should. Indeed, we are carrying out major work to refresh the corridors and sometimes with the high occupancy, we have to put customers on these corridors. Please note that the rooms are not affected by the work. As for sheets, not all hotels have fitted sheets, as it would then be impossible to iron them in the laundry room. Once again, we are sorry that we did not live up to your expectations but with comments like yours, we will be able to rectify the situation.

Very nice Hotel, clean, quiet, plenty of free parking - 2 EV charging stations, continental breakfast is reasonably priced ($13). The hotel is located across large shopping mall (Galerie de la capitale) many excellent restaurants in mall and within walking distance of hotel (Cosmos and Shogun Sushi are excellent). Would stay there again.

I've stayed here several times with excellent experiences. Haven't been in over 4 years, and found the room furniture looking worn, and the elevators and room surfaces not entirely clean, and lots of garbage overflowing from the bins at the entrance.

Indeed, as you have noticed we have exciting expansion works at the hotel. The constructions are not supposed to interfere with the stay of our customers. It seems that in your case you have experienced the repercussions of the work. We are sincerely sorry for this situation. We are in a period of adaptation and are trying to find the best procedures to minimize the negative impacts of construction. Comments like yours help us identify our shortcomings and correct them. The decor of the hotel is modern, however, like the other reviews the lighting in the room is limited and dim. You have to request to have your room cleaned- reason they don’t automatically clean your room is because of Covid. I’m pretty sure Covid is over. The front desk is not helpful, they claimed the tv is a smart tv and it’s far from it. We weren’t able to screen share from our phone, Netflix etc. The continental breakfast was average, they should add croissants, mini chocolate croissants etc The location was great, across the street from the mall- indoor amusement park is there. Lots of restaurants near by as well. My boys, wife and I enjoyed our stay despite the negative aspects.

This hotel has been undergoing major renovations for months now. No mention of this on Expedia and no mention of this on their website. I was told the work would be done from 7am-4pm. Work started around 630am and was loud enough to wake you up. I booked a "premium" suite that was located right next the scaffolding they were using. Tools and equipment in the halls all day. Workers coming and going all day. Cranes, lifts, dump trucks etc beeping all day. Smell of construction glue in the halls sometimes. Brutal. Not even a discount on the rate. 3 nights, 850$ for a premium room I could only enjoy after 4pm. To make matters worse, they are too cheap to let you eat their breakfast if you book on Expedia. Even with the premium suite I booked, no free breakfast. How cheap can you get? Very disappointed with this hotel.

the hotel is cheap on many things - limited towels and pillows, you have to ask specifically for your room to be cleaned, breakfast is as cheap and basic as they can possibly make it (picture cheap bread and cheap cereal with cheap juice and that is the breakfast) - they need to work on creating a better experience for guests and not on reducing every aspect to the very basics - not a 4-star hotel experience in my opinion - more like a 3-star at the most

Your room has been thoroughly inspected and we found no insects. As for your comment about the bed sheets, every effort is made to ensure that our rooms are clean and that all items are there for your arrival. Unfortunately, sometimes our high standards are not maintained. This subject will be reviewed with the housekeeper and her staff and I will make sure to follow up with the senior management of the housekeeping company that is under contract with us to ensure that our standards of cleanliness are respected and that such a situation does not happen again. Comments like yours are essential for us to quickly correct this failure.

Decent hotel- 3 starter than 4.
Family trip- not sure how they received a 4 star rate- it’s really more like a 3 star. If you want your room tidied up- let the front staff know before 2pm on the same day- otherwise due to eco friendliness there is no room cleaning. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is continental- leaves a lot to be desired.

We try to offer comfort and convenience to our corporate clients as well as our tourist clientele and that is why we are one of the only 4 star hotels in the area to graciously offer a continental breakfast to our guests. We try to maintain healthy and fast choices for our customers to start their day off right, despite the fact that we do not have, properly speaking, a kitchen allowing us to offer more variety to satisfy the tastes of each one . We are sorry to note that this selection did not reach you at the time of your stay and we want you to know that your comment is well taken into account in order to improve this service for our future customers.Once again, thank you for the time you take to write this comment.

They felt that it was a good idea to give us a room on the fifth floor with construction on the Six and saying they had no control on floor we get. Will never stay there again.
